I went to Joyce Mayne on the weekend to purchase a phone deal, was super happy with the service. Danny was amazing, great work ethic, was happy to answer any questions I had with a smile and was so lovely to talk too which seems to be rare. I dred going shopping in these types of places but Danny made it a 10/10 experience.

I don't usually write reviews but my positive experience with the staff at Joyce Mayne compelled me to share that they have been so understanding of my circumstance and have been nothing but extremely helpful. Special mention to Kelly and Kayne who I found to be supportive and patient. I don't come across a lot of retail workers who go above and beyond so I was very pleased with their service.

I was very impressed by the knowledgeable staff member Kayne who did a fantastic job. He assisted us with our decision making process and guided us toward the product which would best suit our needs. Kayne was friendly, personable and i would highly recommend talking to him if you are interested in electronic goods in the future! He definately went above and beyond! Really great service!

As always excellent service from the team at Joyce Mayne. Let me start by saying I was a little disappointed with the mobile phone guy who was trying to sell us an 24 plan plan in order to get a $700 Joyce Mayne gift card. He was trying to flog Optus, we were quite happy with out current provider and in light of the current situation with Optus, didn’t want to have anything to do with Optus. The guy was rather annoyed that we didn’t want to buy the 24 month plan, and was outright rude. This interaction almost made us turn and walk out, he was so rude and pushy. However we walked down to the fridges and was greeted by Belynda. She was lovely, so willing to help. Answer questions and show us the features and benefits of each fridge we were looking at. In he end we decided on a purchase, Belynda rang up the sale and even gave us a Joyce Mayne gift card. Thank you Belynda, you’re an asset to the Joyce Mayne team.

I was renovating my kitchen so I purchased a full kitchen of appliances from Joyce Mayne, Warrawong. Paul was incredible with his product knowledge, advice and customer service. Nothing was too much trouble. I was able to store my appliances and nominate the delivery date. The delivery team were on time, professional and so efficient. Paul kept me informed throughout the process. I am so pleased that I chose to go to Joyce Mayne - it was so simple and I am so happy with my products.

I went in to Joyce Mayne Warrawong looking for a dryer, but I walked out with more, as usually happens. Belynda in Electrcal, and Danny and Mohmmad in Computers, were all extremely friendly and helpful, and their customer service was above and beyond in every way. They were so patient while I looked around the store, and gave me very helpful guidance and advice to assist me with making the best choice for my needs. The prices were great, and I walked out of the store happy with my purchases. Always check here if you are going to buy. I have gotten the best deals here. The service has been good. They are fairly busy most days. But the service people are honest. White goods appliances computers they do the lot. Compare yourself you will like the deals they give you. Very competitive.

I went into Joyce Mayne yesterday and spoke to Luke the manger in regards to coffee machine and head phones. Brought both but the head phones did not work on my TV so went back today and he gave me a cord that should of worked but did not. I rang him and asked for a good deal on a new TV so ended up buying a TV, took it home and everything works now. I would like to thank Luke and his team a big thank you. Veronica Rehardt

Chris the sales man was extremely helpful and we were able to purchase our sound bar at $63 dollars cheaper than the discounted price. He also was very knowledgeable about the system we purchased and spoke to us in a very respectful manner. What a wonderful sales man!
We visited Joyce Mayne again today and were greatly assisted by a young gentleman , Kayne. He demonstrated exceptional knowledge about the latest technologies available in large screen smart TVs, he was able to give us an excellent price and was happy to offer delivery when we needed it.

Very easy, salesman wasn't pushy. Gave us time to have a look and was there when we were ready to talk. Purchased a washing machine and dryer and whole process was very easy from selection to collection at the warehouse.

In just wanted to mention the excellent customer service I had over the phone with an employee who Im pretty sure his name was Kane, I called about a problem I had with my washing machine and he gave me some really good advice on how to sort it out, so I thankyou and Im back on track now with it.

I have to say I love this place! We buy almost all of our electricals and white goods here, we basically deal with the same 3 staff members all the time, Sean, Darren and Charlotte (Cash) who is my favourite and an absolute treasure. She always does her very best for us and her customer service skills are second to none. While ever she is at that store we will be constant and repeat customers.

This week my husband and I ordered a whole bunch of appliances and goods for our new home. We were assisted by the very knowledgable Stuart M, who impressively rattled off product codes without batting an eyelid from just a brief description of the products we were after. He helped us by providing a range of suggestions across a range of prices, he helped us with aesthetics - ensuring our appliances matched in colour and display (all the dials were the same and all the doors opened the correct way) and he even laughed at our very bad jokes. He spent well over 3 hours with us, HE CALLS US and has gone above and beyond any service we were expecting. Well done and thank you so much. I cannot possibly write anything more on here to recommend working with Stuart and how much of a great experience we had. We will be working with you on projects to come and have already begun recommending you to our family and friends.
