Purchased a lovely new Queen ensemble which was delivered efficiently and on time. The sales person (Val) was just delightful and knew instantly what we were looking for. We had no problems selecting a suitable bed and walked out within 30mins with exactly what we needed. Heads up to Val and the delivery team, Forty Winks Warrawong have a great team, thank you.

My bed got delivered today, ordered 2 days ago. The staff in-store were great I dealt with Helena, Blake & Jackson all fantastic. The delivery guys Lee, Les & Will were on time, quick, efficient and polite. Great service all round, well done. Will recommend Forty Winks Warrawong. Thank you

Received my new bed today. The team at Warrawong are AWESOME. From sales to delivery team 150% effort. Can't find any better service or product knowledge anywhere. Looked at a few places before 40 winks warrawong and found not much help from any of them.

Picked up a new King Mattress and base from Stuart and the team last week. What brilliant service. Stuart listened to all our needs. We were able to try all beds that were recommended and after the first night we new it was the best choice.

These guys were great! we purchased a mattress that was too hard (which was against the sales agents advice, so our fault) and after 2 weeks of little sleep and a cranky wife they kindly worked in with us to replace it. We're happy with the new mattress and thankful for the after sales support.

I spent a lot of time looking online and digesting reviews, with so many 'new' mattress companies it's difficult to trust the hype. We finally decided to go and try some ourselves, I was still a bit weary and avoided the 'big names', we went to a bunch of 'alternative' mattress places but ended up in Forty Winks Warrawong anyway. Immediately we knew we were in the right place. They explained every mattress thoroughly and told us things we never learnt online. We got a consultation not a sales pitch. We got a better deal than we could find anywhere else, they sorted out delivery to our new house and made everything simple. Honestly, just go straight to Forty Winks and skip the confusion.

Fantastic customer service and after sales support which other bed shops could not provide. I do not normally do reviews but can genuinely say I highly recommend this business, their team and their customer support.
