He was able to provide me information about the products that others didn’t. As a result I purchased a Fridge and a front load washing machine at great price. Great service highly recommend. I purchased my third laptop at Domayne Warrawong last week. I first went there many years ago, and found the salesmen there friendly and extremely helpful. After getting a great deal on a computer and accessories, I vowed I would return, as I had been well looked after. Approximately 5 years later I was in need of another laptop, and returned to Domayne. On this occasion I was served very helpfully by the electronic goods manager. After a long chat I purchased another laptop, security and more accessories to complete my needs. Given the nature of the sale and visit, I became even more determined to return, as I have always preferred to remain loyal to those who have taken good care of me. Upon returning last week, once again I was extremely well looked after by Stavros and the sales team. Another laptop, 2 years of internet security, for a discounted price. I was again very happy with the deal and service, and was even offered a free computer carry bag! I simply cannot give high enough praise to the team there. Thanks to Stavros in particular, Paul, Greg and Dragan the techy, who was good enough to repair my old laptop so that all data could be transferred over FOR FREE! After doing a RAM upgrade last week on the new unit, I have every reason to return to enjoy quality service. My sincere thanks go out to them.

Staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about TVs, which was what we were looking for. We felt the price was competitive and the delivery man was also an installer, which was great. We will definitely be back.

Stavros made it easy and quick to pick the best laptop for my needs and make the confusing tech side of things easy to understand. Knew his stuff very well. was happy to answer any questions and I know I didn't get ripped off after searching the product online and it being a reasonable price. I would recommend coming here instead of JB-hifi for laptop shopping. The time I bought a laptop before this at JB-hifi, I realised I got ripped off bad after while getting poor advice and poor performance laptop. And if Stavros is working that day in Domayne you're guranteed to get a knowledgeable salesman.

I would just like to compliment Chrissy who was only to happy to help us buy a new lounge. She helped by showing us many designs configurations, materials & colours. Nothing was too much trouble. Her customer service skills & friendly personal manner was so refreshing. She even phoned us to keep us up to date with delivery. Such an asset to Domayne.

I just wanted to thank Stavos for his amazing customer service and help yesterday while I was in the store. I came in looking to buy a new gaming laptop but was nervous about spending upwards of 3 thousand dollars for everything I needed. He then helped me go through a payment plan that helped me feel reassured and relaxed with my purchase. He was nothing but kind and helpful the entire time I was there. I ended up leaving the store with everything I needed including the best gaming laptop that was in the store at the time and all the gaming accessories I needed. All thanks to his amazing service and helpful recommendations. Again thank you Stavos for your help!! The difference between the service at Harvey Norman and domayne is just on another level.. I hade originally went to Harvey Norman and they were nowhere near as helpful as the legend Stavos at domayne. Thank you for everything mate. You’re truely one of a kind. And I’m a very happy customer, I’ll be recommending domayne to family & friends and I will tell them to find and see Stavos.

We dealt with Domayne Warrawong Furniture section. In particular Chrissy Paniagua and highly recommend the service we received. Chrissy went above and beyond to ensure we got what we needed. The experience was something we have not received at any other store except with Chrissy at Domayne early in the year. Chrissy ensured that the chairs we needed to purchase with our table would not only match the table but also match our existing furniture literally rearranging the store. If you need furniture from Domayne go and seek out Chrissy she is definitely an asset to the store and will help to ensure you won’t be disappointed.

I went to Warrawong Domayne to get a computer on advice from a friend who shops there for great pricing. Salesman names Stavros helped me out and got hooked me up with a great computer at a great price without trying to push me onto anyone brand after explaining the pros and cons of each one. It was a great unpressured experience by someone who really knows his products

Visited the store yesterday, in the market for a new mattress and had the pleasure of meeting Terri! She went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect mattress. Great at what she does and made the whole experience enjoyable. Will definitely recommend her to everyone!

We purchased a washing machine from Robyn at Domayne Warrawong. She couldn't have been more helpful. The delivery was delayed a week due to the truck being bogged in Kangaroo Valley and the heavy rainfall delaying the retrieval. The delivery was smooth and the staff excellent. They made sure the washer was working and left. All went very smoothly. Thank you so much for coming out in this horrible weather to deliver our machine.

Went shopping for an adjustable bed for an extremely ill family member and had the pleasure of being served by Slav. He was amazing! He showed genuine interest and compassion in our circumstances and spent a lot of time with us helping to find the best combination to suit our needs. He asked a lot of questions with empathy and care so that we could find the most suitable bed and then offered us the most outstanding price. I was totally impressed. An extraordinary salesperson who went above and beyond. A total superstar!

Cannot thank them enough for their service. Their staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable, from Sam, Shannon, Julian, Rayan, Ron and Mon. Complying by government laws is not discrimination, it is for public safety. The staff would not act in the way the false accusation portrayed them, I have interacted with the staff on multiple occasions.

This is to say a HUGE THANK YOU to all the guys at the computer repair and sales team. Customer service is FANTASTIC :) You are all friendly, polite and professional. I just won't shop anywhere else now. My computer screen was broken (it fell to the floor when I was moved my table for a zoom session, etc..) I purchased a new computer and everything was downloaded onto my new computer. And I mean everything. All my bookmarks which were so important to me for my studies and groups. I have shopped at all those other places in Warrawong and I have never had the same customer service and computer service. You all know what service is. Thank you
