Then I was looked after by Carol , who went above and beyond to work out a deal for me and all the extra information I was looking for. All with a snails on her face. I wish to thank the Warrawong Freedom store (managers and sales staff) for their professional handling of my recent purchase. They were very supportive considering the poor response I received from Freedom head office. They refunded me my money and were courteous and considerate. I will certainly go back again.

customer service by Scott was exceptional we purchased a bedroom suite & received a discount on each item for joining my freedom Scott was friendly professional and explained everything including member discounts, delivery fees and wait times for items so there was no sale misleading us when we would receive items we waited 3-12 weeks for each item however this is typical with furniture purchases and overall are very happy with our purchase from Freedom
