Really great mattress at a great price! Janelle was great at helping us pick, very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. She made what could have been an awkward interaction (lying on mattresses while having a conversion with a stranger) a fun experience. Delivery was timely, quick, and professional.

After discovering that BedsnDreams at Belrose sells one of the best-rated mattresses of 2023, we had to check it out. We were upgrading to a king bed and luckily for us, Dianne was on hand at the store to patiently and expertly answer all our questions. While we didn't find the right bed, we certainly found the perfect mattress.

Awesome service from Catherine! We were trying to get our bed in by Christmas with a couple weeks notice and they were able to deliver just in time. She kept us updated on the status of the order and even gave us a good tip for putting the bed together. Very happy with the quality of our new gas lift bed and spare room mattress. Looking to purchase a new mattress after 25 years during the
Covid lockdown meant a lot of internet research and customer reviews. The mattress I chose online was available from Beds N Dreams. Initially I intended to purchase online, however, after emailing the store I received a reply from Janelle who recommended best to try store. Janelle offered fabulous service, saying, due to my petite size the mattress I had chosen, in her opinion would be too hard, which it was. We then tried a few others, the one she felt most suitable was indeed the perfect one for me. After using for a couple of months I am loving it, sleeping better and waking without a backache. I feel very grateful to Janelle for her professionalism and honesty in assisting me to chose the perfect mattress. The price paid was similar to the one I had intended to buy.

Wow, I can’t thank Janelle and the team enough for helping us purchase the Hypnos Balmoral mattress. My partner has Spondylolisthesis and stage 3 arthritis in the knee so finding something to help reduce the pain to get a good night sleep was massive. Janelle was honest, didn’t direct us to the mattress she thought we should buy, but gave us options based on Our requirements. She was professional, knows her products well and taught us what to look for to find the best mattress for us. Her experience showed and she helped us find the perfect mattress. I can say we were definitely one of THOSE fussy customers and Janelle was so good and so helpful every step of the way. She went way beyond selling us a mattress and we are forever thankful. Visited Bed n Dreams in Belrose to see their range of bed frames and mattresses. We ended up leaving buying a media TV bed frame , Onyx ice tek mattress, pillows and protectors! Jason who looked after us was amazing, very knowledgeable, never pushy, honest and friendly. Great range for all your bedding needs and reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

When I decided it was time for me to purchase a new bed I found myself lost with online contradicting advice and promotions.
I wanted to speak to someone with the right knowledge and expertise and to try out a range of mattresses rather then taking a gamble with the internet.
I found myself at Belrose Super Centre.
Beds and Dreams was the first shop I visited and also the last one! No need to keep on shopping.

The lovely staff where assisting me and combined with their knowledge made my decision making an easy process.
They also gave me the best price possible.

The end result was that I spoiled myself with a Hypnos Kensington Firm in the queen size.
Together with the base and the headboard.
The gorgeous fabric and stunning trendy Blush colour with a slight grey undertone makes it look beyond anything I ever dreamt of owning.

However what surprised me the most was that Hypnos’s claims are 100% accurate;
‘The most comfortable beds in the world’
I never ‘had to get used to it’
And indeed I do wake up more rested without any so called startup pains.

The Queen sleeps on a Hypnos, if only she was lucky enough to get the same service and support I did from Janelle and her team.
The after service is personal and with the upmost care.

Despite the Covid lockdown the items were still delivered within a reasonable timeframe.

I personally fully recommend Beds and Dreams in Belrose NSW for your well deserved new dream bed.
For Hypnos for their outstanding quality.
However Full credit goes to Janelle and her team.

Looked in several stores at Tempur mattresses. Became very confused with what felt like the same mattress but with different model names and hugely different prices from store to store. Then I went to Beds n Dreams at Belrose Super Centre. No confusing made-up names here; just clear advice and very good prices.
So I bought from this store, saved huge dollars compared with the big chain across the street, and would recommend Beds n Dreams to anyone remotely near the northern half of Sydney.

Kitty was really helpful and listened to all our questions. Very attentive and just a lovely experience.
Highly recommend.
