I was on edge when I first walked in about switching to a new vehicle but Peter and team ensured they answered all questions and left me feeling great about making my purchase. It's now been a few weeks and absolutely no regrets. Excellent experience from start to finish. I came in to get a key cut/programmed and over the phone was quoted 1hour for the service… it only took 15 minutes!

I just picked up my Jeep compass today! I originally talked to Brian who helped me find the model I wanted, excellent service. When I went in to look and buy the vehicle, Brian was not in that day, so Liam helped me. He was kind, not pushy and listened. Excellent! From start to finish my experience there was incredible. I highly recommend coming here. I would like to mention that I am female and I have been intimidated and felt almost like a target for easy sale at other dealerships. Ladies, don't even worry. These guys got you! They even put a bow on my Jeep! Customer service above and beyond.

I walked in only expecting to have a few questions answered, and to have a look at a Ram 1500 limited. Peter took me for a proper test drive, and answered all of my questions. He knew the truck in and out with every option available , and I did not feel any sales pressure whatsoever. Peter asked all the right questions, and a couple of hours later I walked out with my dream truck. The entire process was smooth, and I also felt like everyone wanted to help me out. Had a very excellent service from Maxx. We went in casually to view our options and Maxx served us by noting down all our requirements and finding us the best option that suited our needs. He was very informative and patient. He didn’t once sounded forceful in his service like we would occasionally see at dealerships. Very impressed with our purchase and the service. I took my Jeep to service today to get fixed and to be honest I was extremely surprised with the way they welcomed me. Everyone was smiling ( which sadly is hard to see nowadays ) receptionist was very nice since I spoke with her on the phone to make the appointment.. anyway.. my point is.
I’ve had a terrible experience at a different dealership in Vancouver a few months ago and I was expecting the same terrible treatment here, I’m not gonna lie, but nope!
I want to say that everyone was super friendly and helpful.
Also they fixed my jeep within hours, and I wasn’t expecting that to be honest.

My partner and I went to Marine Chrysler Dodge Jeep and a few other dealerships looking for a new truck. After the horrendous treatment at one, zero help at another we had no question that we had to go back to Marine and talk to Brian again.
He was not only super friendly but incredibly knowledgeable about the truck we liked. There were no hidden costs or sales pressure.
