My car broke down on Lion's Gate Bridge and got towed to Brown Brothers. I've been accommodated in the very best way, they went above and beyond to get the repair done the very next day after ordering the parts in per FedEx! Wow, that's what I call excellent costumer service! Absolutely amazing!

Great experience buying an F150 Lightning from Brown Broa Ford. Robert was my point man, he kept me involved and updated throughout the process. I had a minor sensor issue and the service depot got me in right away and fixed it within 24 hrs. Buying any vehicle can be very stressful but I'm glad I chose Brown Bros ford. By the way I love my lightning.

Truely incredible service and management has made this absolutely pervasive throughout the operations.
Started with Cian in sales. I bought a new Lightnin F150 from him. Incredibly supportive. Did not know the new technology too well but was smart enough to refer to those that did. Great experience here, super supportive.
Then, parts and service was equally amazing. Just "make it happen" people. I had to leave my old truck there for extended period of time. They maintained it and made it very easy to deal with things like switching covers and replacing faulty switches. Ryan in parts and service could work well with ... Ryan? the sales manager to fix a batter problem I had. Karen in Parts runs the show and just makes things happen. But, walking down the road with Marcus between shops I got to see that they just had good people throughout. The Guy was picking up scraps of garbage in the neighborhood as we went. I want to thank Nikhil Sudhir for making my purchase of Lincoln Nautilus a great experience. Not all things go right all the time, but he and Ezra made sure it all turned out and did the extra things to make sure. Had the pleasure of dealing with Sam Shurbaji for my company service van. My evap core had cracked which is big job, but Sam recognized the urgency of me needing my van to work, and so he expedited the entire process of ordering parts & allocating the required mechanics to have my van repaired in a timely manner.

The mechanics are also very thorough in their diagnosis and even alerted me of other issues with my vehicle that other repair shops ignored.

In the past, I used to take my vehicle to a dealership in Surrey with mediocre results, but going forward, I will definitely be bringing my company vehicle to Brown Bros Ford.
