Applewood Nissan Richmond

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Applewood in Richmond, and I must say, the experience exceeded all my expectations. We are fairly new to Canada and were apprehensive of where to go and honestly a bit clueless. Right from the beginning, we were guided in the right direction! All the staff we dealt with were friendly and sweet. They were professional and at the same time, empathetic.

Albert was keen on understanding our needs and making sure that we were 101% satisfied with our purchase. He was very patient and gave us multiple options to test drive which made our decision making process easy! His knowledge of the vehicles and genuine desire to help us is commendable.

Armin, the finance manager, went above and beyond to ensure we understood all our options and secured a fantastic deal. His patience and expertise made the financial aspect of buying a car a breeze.

It wasn’t about just selling a car for them but making sure that we as customers, were happy with what we’ve picked ! They listened to our concerns and worked on what fits best for our situation.

Would totally recommend this dealership to newcomers and everyone else !

We ended up buying elsewhere BUT simply had to leave a review for Niki and Noah at Applewood Nissan.

We walked into the store with low expectations because the folks across the street (at 2 other brands) were entirely unresponsive to their walk-in traffic. In contrast, we were were warmly greeted by Niki, who wasted little time in understanding our needs and going through their inventory to find us the right vehicle choices.

She took us on two test drives, sorted out pricing, and offered to accommodate any other needs we might have. The Manager, Noah, came over, introduced himself and let us know that he was available to help.

We went to the dealership to replace a vehicle lost in an accident, and have specific needs because of a family member with medical issues. Ultimately, we ended up selecting a different vehicle and weren't able to buy from this store.

Meanwhile, both Noah and Niki have left a lasting impression. They are caring, respectful, competent professionals who are willing to go out of their way to help.

It was a superb experience we had with Nissan Applewood branch. We went there on August 31 at 8:30 PM. We saw Keanu and he didn’t think twice assisting us. We were just there to canvass for cars and really not to buy because we are still in the process of looking for a nice car that is good for our small family. When Keanu saw us looking at these car the Nissan Rogue 2021 edition he then gave the key to our family member Renz so we can test drive. He knew from the start that it is the best car for us and he saw the way we were amaze of its features so without hesitation he gave us the key and after we test drive voila! We are buying the car. I think Keanu has that Charisma and he knows well what his clients are looking for. What we liked most is the service they gave us, with him and his supervisor because the shop was already closing at that time but they were so patient and accommodated us with all our requests. They were there from start to finish. Even their shop cleaner that day waited for us to finish the transaction so we can buy the car. It was really a superb experience and will surely recommend Keanu and Applewood Nissan Richmond branch to our family and friends.

I know it could be difficult for me to own a car specially if you are new here, however Masih and Jerry, the finance team, helped me with a great financing rate! Jerry is always present to update us on the status of our financing, very welcoming to our questions, great guy! And of course, I will never forget Masih! Bought a 2021 Mazda 3 at the beginning of January 2024. Nikki was absolutely amazing and really took care of me from start to finish.

We had extensive chat discussions before my dealership visit, deciding on options. Kayden ensured a satisfying purchase with the best market deal.

Special mention to Jerry and Masih from the finance department for understanding my situation and offering the best rate. Remarkably, they respected my decision to take same-day delivery, with Kayden, Jerry, and Masih staying until 9 pm to process everything.

I don’t think I’ve experienced a more positive and pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle than I did with Keanu. He was not at all pushy just a very positive character about him. I needed I car urgently, and I was shopping around Richmond Automall with terrible experiences and not cars available to my like, but as soon as I went inside Applewood I was received with excellent service by Willy Lee, I told him my needs and my limitations budget wise and so on. Immediately he took action, talked to his manager Michael, and I got a car I loved. It is a 2022 with 10000 km, went home with it but i noted something from the car was giving me allergies. I called them, they told me to bring the car right away, they changed the filter and do some ozone air purified. Gave me a provisional car for 2 days while the fix the car. When I got my car back, it was like new. Not smell whatsoever. For my application they went beyond my expectations and help me to get a good interest rate. I had a VW before and I was stuck with German Cars. I didn't know I want a Nissan until Im driving now one and I love it. Really Applewood Nissan is the best dealer in all Richmond Automall. Ask for Willy, He will be great help!
