Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport Hotel & Resort

My experience has been amazing with this hotel. They have a huge parking lot. I walked in the door and was greeted by welcoming staff. Special shout out to Rohit at the front desk. He checked us in promptly. We were fully informed about the hotel and its amenities. The room was clean with a very beautiful view. 5/5 and I will most definitely refer!

Lovely hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful with any issues we had. The attached restaurant (Chop) was amazing. The hotel pool and slide were awesome. The slide is similar to one you would find at a water park. The hotel is massive and you can find yourself getting lost on your first day. I am actually still trying to find my way out!

We will definitely be back!

Had a couple excellent stays at this property. From the moment I drove up to the property I was impressed by the size but also by how well the property was maintained. Lots of easy, ample free parking spaces with a great helpful friendly team at the front desk. The rooms were easy to find with all the signs on the walls helping direct us and once we arrived at the rooms we found them very well heated, clean, cozy, and quiet. Exactly what you would need before flying out to and back from a Mexico trip. The Starbucks in the lobby was a great touch on a Sunday morning and the girl working behind the counter there was lovely. We also had an excellent experience in Chop before flying out on our trip. The team working was lots of fun and took great care of us. We had a seamless experience and can’t wait to return for another. Thank you! :)

The front desk is not only friendly but very welcoming. Rohit S was professional, polite, helpful and proactive. The hotel is at a great location, clean, has great views and vast. We did get lost initially in the halls finding the elevator. 😁 It was our adventure for the day! 😄

Close to airport and nice rooms. The food at the restaurant, Chop is delicious, and the pool is great! It has an awesome water slide too! Ishan checked us in today, he introduced us to the fish in the picture frame aquarium behind the front desk. He was friendly and helpful and got us checked in quickly. Definitely recommend and will use this hotel again in the future!

Our flight was canceled and we were booked into the Sandman Signature overnight. The shuttle from the airport was efficient.
The front desk staff are wonderful.
Our room is nice.
My bed and pillows are the best, I had a comfortable sleep after a stressful day.

I have had the most amazing service by Kay at the front desk!

My late evening check in was seamless and my slightly unreasonable request for a room change hours past check in (due to my travel partner's flight being cancelled and plans changing accordingly) was not only accommodated but handled with ease in which I was not for a moment made to feel like an inconvenience.

The location is not the best in terms of accessibility without a vehicle... but the rooms are clean and spacious., and the service I've received has been nothing short of excellent!

We stayed there for one night and our stay was really amazing. Especially the room cleanliness was on point. Rohit , the person who checked us in was really helpful and understanding with all our needs. He went above and beyond to provide us with the best service.

The room was great and the staff were so kind and helpful. When we checked in late at night, one of the front desk employees, Yash, was super helpful answering our questions & getting us a room quickly. We would stay at this hotel again.

I had excellent service by both Kay and Yash when I was doing check in/check out. They were friendly and accommodating and I even scored a lovely room upgrade which was nice! The only issue with the room was I couldn’t get the shower to work, but since I was only staying the one night it wasn’t too big of a deal—I did mention it at checkout so they could notify maintenance to look into it. The room was nice and clean, and it’s handy that theirs a free shuttle to the airport!

Exceptional Hospitality During a Time of Need..

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service my friend and her family received during a time of great need at Sandman Signature Hotel Vancouver Airport in the midst of a family emergency, the staff went above and beyond to ensure their comfort and well-being, demonstrating true compassion and professionalism.

My friend's family was facing a sudden and urgent situation, requiring accommodation near the airport due to a flight rescheduling. It was nearly 11pm when I reached out to the hotel, hoping for a last-minute reservation. Despite the late hour, Duty Manager Issa immediately sprang into action, assisting me with the reservation process and ensuring a smooth check-in for my friend and her family. (Her mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 Pancreatic Cancer)

From the moment they arrived, my friend and her family were welcomed with open arms and genuine care. The hotel staff, particularly the afternoon shift, went out of their way to provide all necessary information and support, easing the stress of the situation. Their accommodation were comfortable and accommodating, allowing my friend's family to relax and unwind during a tumultuous time.

I must especially commend the night auditor, Zainl, for his exceptional service and kindness. His efforts to accommodate my friend's family, including a late check-out until 5pm, were truly above and beyond. This gesture allowed them to take a moment to breathe and regroup before facing the challenges ahead.

Tragically, my friend's mother passed away shortly after their arrival in the Philippines. However, the kindness and support they received during their stay at Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport left a lasting impression. On behalf of my friend's family, I want to extend heartfelt thanks to all the staff who contributed to making their stay as comfortable and stress-free as possible during such a difficult time.

In moments of crisis, it is rare to find such genuine compassion and hospitality. The team at Sandman Signature Vancouver Airport exemplifies the highest standards of service excellence, and I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to anyone in need of a warm and welcoming place to stay.

Everyone was so helpful. The room was clean and quiet. The pool was clean and the kids had a wonderful time on the waterside. Was close enough to all venues we needed. And the price was great. Would 100% stay here again!

Rooms were great except for the fact I couldn’t turn down the thermostat lower than 18.5, I had to open the patio door which wasn’t a big deal. The service from the front desk was amazing! Geshu was working the early morning when I had to checkout due to a cancelled flight from Air Canada and she was a pleasure to talk to and answered all my questions perfectly. Would definitely stay in this facility again next time I’m passing through Vancouver.

After a really long day of flight disruptions and travelling, I was sent to this hotel by Air Canada. Yash checked me in quickly and was kind and attentive. A smiling face makes a big difference after a long day!
I had a great sleep she was ready to try my flight again.

We had a great stay here tonight. Kay greeted us warmly as we walked through the doors, which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. He checked us in quickly and gave us a good laugh too. Thank you, Kay, for the exceptional service and for helping us relieve the stress of the day. The room was comfortable and clean. The bar was relaxing, and the bartender and staff were excellent. I look forward to staying here again.

Best and most influential thing in my stays in any hotel is the first major thing that I notice. In this case the great customer service! Room was clean too! The customer service is the reason I will nearly always go a little out of my way to stay in a Sandman. Kay was incredibly accommodating.

This was our second time coming to this hotel and it did not fail to impress. Rohit, at the front desk was very friendly and attentive, the beds were big and comfy, and waterslide is as fun as ever.
If I could give more than five stars I would.

Room was cleaned and the customer service was great, Mr. Rohit provided us good service. He was knowledgeable and quick with his services. Also, amazing outside view.

Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. The staff were excellent in helping me get a place to sleep. Shuttle to hotel is about 10 minutes, good service back to the airport in the morning.

Kay was our guest service agent when we checked in and created such a welcoming environment when we were greeted. He was very personable and asked about his day and we ended up being able to know a little about his journey coming to Canada. I was pleasantly surprised when he offered me an upgrade to stay at the penthouse! Upon a few minutes after entering my room, he even called up to ensure that I was happy with the space and if I required anything else. (Which I obviously did not because it was gorgeous and spotless) There were even treats on the table available!
The bedding is definitely one of my top 3 favourite to sleep because the comforter actually has substance to it and the pillows are actually fluffy but dense.
And don't even get me started on that view, where you get a little bit of city and a little bit of mountains peaking out just behind it!

Highly recommend this fantastic place! 10/10
