We had the most amazing experience when purchasing our new RZ 450e! Our salesperson, Jeff, went above and beyond with the deal, so much so that my sister came in the next day and bought one for herself!

Each and every staff member at Open Road Lexus that helped with the deal treated us like we were family and I can confidently say that we ARE family!!

Sarah helped with the paper work and Went over all the specifics of the deal, and Amy gave us a tutorial and helped set up the app etc. which took no time and really helped us out!

Mark, who had a smile that could light up a room, helped us with insurance and went above and beyond in securing a licence plate with our requested numbers as our whole family is into numerology (and I teach math). So when we got the exact plate that we wanted, we were all ecstatic and super grateful!

The sales manager also was gracious and got us the best possible deal! Like so so amazing, so thank you so much for that.

Finally Jen, the service manager, has always treated us with kindness and love, as we have been driving and servicing all our previous Lexus’ with her, and she was the one who set up the meeting with Jeff our salesperson, and so an extra thank you to her for making our dreams a reality!

Picked up a shiny new NX from OpenRoad Lexus this October, and I've been meaning to share my two cents about the experience.
Gotta give a shout-out to Stacy - she is real professional. Approachable, knows her stuff, and didn't vanish after I drove off the lot. Not your typical dealership move, and it didn't go unnoticed.
Also, another applause to the service department, especially Jennifer. She made the first-month service a walk in the park. Broke down the details without the car jargon, kept me posted on everything. It's like they want your car to have the VIP treatment.
I'll definitely be making a pit stop at OpenRoad Lexus for any future car needs. I am confident that they will continue to deliver excellence in every aspect of their operations.

One of the best dealers in BC. We were planning to get listed for a Hybrid Plug In but we went home with an EV. We were met by Trevor, who was not only knowledgeable about its pros and cons between Hybrids and EVs but he also made sure to address all our needs. Haven't been able to receive Lexus' survey for some reason or would fill in 10/10 for everyone.

Oscar was our Product Advisor and he was patient, professional, and well presented. We knew which car/model/trims to get, mainly needed to find out what they had in inventory and pricings. Afterwards we were put in touch with Tom the Finance Manager, he was knowledgeable, professional, and detailed. The process was smooth and efficient, a date was set to pick up the car and sign the agreement.

We encountered a hiccup with the car quality on the day of pick up, which Mishan the Sales Manager helped handle professionally. A huge kudos to Shelby the Delivery Specialist for making the overall Lexus experience very pleasant. Alfred the Delivery Manager was very knowledgeable and personable as well. Raymond the Insurance Advisor was thorough and friendly despite the large volume of customers he was meeting with that day. For our first inspection, Nina the Service Advisor was also professional and pleasant to interact with.

Overall, aside from the driver door that seems misaligned and the abnormal fraying stitches on the passenger door within two months, the actual driving experience with the car has been great. Glad we went with Lexus.
