Customer service is impeccable here, 10/10 recommend. They helped me out a lot and one of the employees (who I believe was a manager) personally picked up a device from another location to bring it to this location for me. Will certainly be going back in the future and will 100% be recommending this location to everyone. They all deserve a raise <3

Maybe best place to finde suitable mobile plans with a brand new phone

I was in town for a week and needed mobile data, no plans, no contracts, no network activation fees. The young lady set me up with "chatr", which gave me a whole bunch of stuff for $40 (the best deal in the entire city, and believe me I looked around)! She was very helpful and even took the time to make sure everything was working properly -- something most "burner SIM" retailers don't do. Overall a great experience.

Purchased one of their ClearPlex screen protectors for my iPhone 2 years ago. First off that screen protector was amazing, it took so much damage. I had issues with my iPhone and had to get a new one. I walked into this location with no receipt or proof of purchase unfortunately, showed them the screen protector and they cut me a new one out of the same amazing material. Then cleaned and put it on my phone. The sales-people were wonderful and the service was spectacular. Very happy to be a BestBuy customer today! Would highly recommend the ClearPlex screen protector to anyone!

Cheap 1 month sim at $50. Highly recommended for other travellers to buy here and not in your original country. We started our trip in Montreal and used the sim across every province with no issues. With only 3G the Wi-Fi also worked fine from Calgary airport to Canmore/Banff with the Maps app.
