Honestly, The Service Team at Mini Richmond rocks, at least for me. Many staff have gone and come, but there is always someone to take care of me like friend and Family. Special Thank you to Jay. Honest man, kind and knowledgeable, always there for me, looking after what is best for my MINI and my Spouse’s MINI. We have been part of the MINI family since 2012, and we will always be, as long as MINI have people like Jay.

We Purchased a Mini Cooper Countryman from Leslie. He was amazing from start to finish. When my husband found the most beautiful car in the showroom but it wasn’t a countryman, Leslie advised us we were able to order one in a countryman . He was patient in answering all our questions, detailed out a version of the car in a countryman (he’s very knowledgeable in every type of mini) and overall it was just a wonderful experience dealing with him. It was a quick turnaround time from order time to in hand was just 2 months. On pick up Leslie made it an exciting and fun time. He gave us an extensive walk through of the vehicle and was very patient and we did not feel rushed at all. Thanks Leslie for such a great experience.

My wife and I were looking to get a used Mini and we looked around for different options and dealerships, including Mini Vancouver and some independent dealerships. We visited Mini Richmond at first but decided the vehicles we checked out were not for us. However, during the first visit, Leslie and the staff were very informative, accommodating, and friendly, and did not pressure us in any way even though we decided not to purchase at that time.

It took us a while to find the right vehicle, but in the end, we returned to Mini Richmond for a vehicle that fit all of our requirements, and once again Leslie helped us through the process and we finally made a purchase we were satisfied with. I wanted to note that the service from the staff, especially Leslie, was extraordinary and above and beyond not just my expectations but also that of other dealerships. Even before going in, Leslie was very responsive to my inquiries via text and email. Once at the office, we felt important and taken care of at all time. We were able to negotiate a price we were happy with, and Leslie went out of his way despite initially not being available due to this schedule to fit the day we wanted our vehicle picked up/delivered. The vehicle was in fantastic shape and Leslie gave us an extensive walkthrough of its functions. Being inexperienced and generally slow going through the paperwork, we took up a lot of their time but not once did the staff get rude or impatient with us.

I highly recommend this dealership if you're looking for a Mini, and if I ever need another one I'm coming back here for sure.
