Amazing experience from intake all the way down to the service. I especially appreciate the reminder calls one week out and the day before as it really helps on those times I forget.

When my follow up was set for a few months out, it hey even called a month before to see if the time still works.

I’d definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the area. They are excellent.

Went to Castlemore dental for a broken tooth. Dr. Abraham did my consultation. He was wonderful. Was able to go back a few days later and had Dr. Maddie do the extraction. She did a fabulous job. The office staff and dental assistant were all so helpful and kind. Thanks to all of you.

I always have a great experience here. Dr. Ibrahim Faruqui and the entire team are exceptional. The reception staff is very polite and accomodating, making me feel at ease. The doctor is highly skilled and made me comfortable throughout the treatment, despite my anxiety. The dental assistants are equally caring and professional. The clinic is impressively clean and tidy. I highly recommend Castlemore dental Fergus for your dental care. It's all good vibes here.

The experience at the Castlemore dental in Fergus was excellent. Dr Raj and his staff were very comforting in a situation which, let’s face it - is pretty difficult for anyone. In my case I was getting full upper and lower dentures with about 20 teeth having to be extracted. Ouch… but I was treated extremely well and they were never more than a phone call away if I had any issues. Let’s face it for most people the words dentist put us in a state of anxiety. The wonderful staff helped me through a very rough situation with compassion and a great sense of humour which I appreciated greatly. I would definitely recommend Dr Raj and his staff at Castlemore Dental in Fergus.

Our family has been going for years now and wouldn’t want to go anywhere else unless we were forced too. Super friendly, very attentive and great with small children. Couldn’t wish for a better dental team.

Highly recommend this dental office, especially for anyone who gets anxious about going to the dentist. Very friendly staff, clean office space, and quality work.

I found out about them in 2016 at the Chamber of Commerce award ceremony because they won an award for something to do with excellent patient care and whoever gave the speech mentioned their understanding for anxious patients. I immediately changed dentists as I often get anxious about going, especially if I ever need a needle. But every time I go to Castlemore, they are very communicative and patient, attentive of my body language, and offer what they can in each circumstance to maximize my comfort. I only experience very mild anxiety leading up to my appointments now, as opposed to previous dentists, because of how well they understand.

I regularly get dental bonding work done by them (which is where you use a resin like composite to change the shape of a tooth, repair a chip, fill in gap). They do an amazing job getting the shape to my preference, colour match perfectly, and will adjust it for me without hesitation. They are very patient and thorough.

I also find them very easy to work with schedule-wise. They call (and leave voicemails if I miss them) the day before to remind me of appointments, or call when I am past due for a cleaning - both of which I find helpful with my busy schedule.

Honestly SOOOOO happy I decided to proceed with this dentist office after checking all the offices in town reading reviews after reviews.

I was in for my first appointment yesterday, did all my X-rays and a cleaning (which was MUST needed)

All the staff were extremely friendly, and Dr Maddie was AMAZING! She let me know everything I needed to know and explained everything as we went along with the x rays and cleaning. She was gentle and caring and the visit was very pleasant all around!😊

I received a follow up call today from the front desk employee asking if I was having any concerns or questions after the cleaning yesterday which to be honest I’m not sure I’ve ever had that done before.

Overall, I would HIGHLY recommended this dental office to anyone looking for a new dentist!

We absolutely love our experiences with Castlemore in Fergus! My husband has had several implants and he has been impressed with the time taken to make sure things are done correctly. Recently my son lost part of his permanent front tooth and the wonderful staff stayed late to fix it! All the staff are friendly and helpful. We always recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist!

Excellent service . We have been going here for years , my eldest has needle anxiety and Dr . Maddie is very patient and gentle with her . Couldn't ask for a better dentist! Benefits are claimed right away and appointments are booked in a timely manner . Warm and welcoming

Would highly recommend Dr. Maddie. I didn't even feel the needle given to me! She showed me the x-ray, explained my choices, recommended the least invasive procedure -- thus keeping it as close as possible to my natural teeth and in my budget.
