Tim Hortons

Usually at the time of midnight, most of the staff be or any place is cranky and tired. Which is totally understandable. But yesterday when i went to take coffee, Baljeet was totally energetic and full of vibe. Made very amazing coffee for me and gave amazing service.

It's a Timmies! Busy almost all of the time, but Nabil is amazing and he makes Tim Horton's amazing. Thank you brother.

This tim hortons is one of the best in the region with exceptional customer service. I happen to visit this location and was served in a very professional way by miss Ragini. She made the sandwiches in a customized way. She deserves more than 5 stars for her wonderful service.

Clean, organized, excellent service and coffee always fresh

Visited this place yesterday. I am writing this review specifically for the lady who took my order on drive thru window. It was near about 6 in the morning and i was really surprised with her way of taking order. She was so energetic and took my order without any hurry. Most of the time drive thru people are always in hurry and dont listen carefully. I demanded donut which was bot ready yet. She asked the baker to make at that time. I thanked her on the window. These kind of people are real gem. I don’t know her name but she is the perfect example of customer service

Stopped by Tim Horton's is Fergus, Ontario. The lady serving me was fantastic and compassionate when she learned about the recent passing of my dear friend and spouse. She made my day.

Fast friendly service and clean restrooms. Coffee, Donuts, and timbits were great.

As always tims never disapoints me. A old navy buddy a i meet here once a week. Staff couldn't be nicer left my wallet there twice,first time they had it in the office 2nd time i got to Kitchener before i new it was missing one of the staff found i between the seat and the wall can't ask for better staff than here
