I just wanted to share my excellent experience in Fergus McDonalds yesterday. Beside our table, a child popped their balloon & was visibly upset. The Manager heard from the back & wasted NO time changing that sad experience into a happy one. Witnessing that made my day. Exceptional customer service I had myself & witnessing that staff member going above and beyond is something to remember. I rarely go Inside, but this was a great experience!!

A very friendly staff. A place to charge my cell phone and have a nice coffee and an egg and bacon McMuffin. Finally got to use some of my accumulated points. Nice to get a freebie once in a while with these over inflated prices today I can’t believe that other coffee shops don’t offer a seniors coffee discount like McDonald’s, much appreciated with folks like us on a fixed pension

Food and the service was great.

Ryan is a very exceptional worker, great customer service and made sure my order was made quick and hot. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for some quality food.

I have to say I was very impressed with this McDonald’s location. Food was good. Cashier offered to bring me my food. Person cleaning the tables asked me how my meal was and then proceeded to tell me to have a good day. Never had this kind of interaction at a McDonald’s. it was nice! Very clean restaurant!

Ĵust stopped in mid afternoon to get pie and small drink. Place is clean and staff attentive.

Excellent customer service today, friendly staff and manager! We were dining outside in the Patio, my kids didn’t get the tray, we were just going to dine in without it! The manager or the staff came out and asked us if everything is okay in friendly manner! We told us we needed tray! She served us cheerfully! That little kindness made our
Day better!

Large fries sakt them after and I'll wait for fresh fries, only way to order them even if you have to waif 10 min it's worth it

On the way back from the cottage on July 3rd, we stopped at this MacDonald's.

It was pretty busy, but the staff seemed organized and competent and kept orders moving.

We always try to find a nice grassy spot to back into and eat our road trip lunches on the grass behind our car. This MacDonald's has a nice big parking lot with a couple of patches of green space for the dog to empty her bladder.

We usually go inside when we can; my wife goes inside to order while I get the kids situated and take the dog for a short walk.

Inside, the line moved steadily and quickly for how busy the restaurant was. They were appropriately staffed for the busy weekend as opposed to other Macdonald's we have stopped at before.

Outside, the drive-through seemed to be moving well too.

Our order was made correctly, not something we take for granted.

Over all this Macdonald deserves a 5 star review, good service on a busy day.

Fast, accurate and overall good service. Used the drive thru at around lunchtime and the car barely stopped. The staff was very polite and my order was done just the way I asked. Great experience here.

We were sent to the reserved parking which most times i really dont mind cause the food is hot. This place it was the night manager i believe whom delivered our food and he said to me "please sir make sure everything you ordered is in the bag" in all the times thats happened every other place basically throws it at you and runs back inside. 👍

Every morning I go through drive thru and I’m greeted by Sharon, who is amazing, friendly very kind. I just wanted to say Thank you Sharon for being wonderful.
Customer service is lacking these days and your staff is wonderful, I think you should send them to other stores to teach others Customer Service!

Nice & friendly staff, clean place and ample seating space.

Good service! Staff is always friendly. We went on Mchappy day and they were definitely prepared! (ie, lots of staff, handled very well). First time ordering off the app also went without a hitch which was nice! Not a very big location so inside does get a bit hectic at the counter but they work efficiently. Drive Thu has a double speaker for faster service.

Great small-town service! Especially by Katherine in the dining area. She went around asking everyone’s comfort and experience especially the kids. You don’t see this often in bigger cities or other McDonald’s I’ve been to.

Highly recommend this location and I hope Katherine gets a raise/promotion. She loves her job and should be rewarded.

Small cheeseburger and fries very good. Coffee really not good, barely drinkable. Thought prices a bit high for size of meal. Very friendly staff. Good service.

Nervy great food I love their chicken nuggets, nice employees and fast service never had a bad experience here before this place is amazing awesome job 5 stars!

Service was A1. I made the mistake and left the drive thru without the 2nd bag of food and when I went back to get it I received no hassle and a freshly made sandwich. Well organized young people working together.
