I was in the Fergus Walmart recently - and I am also a Walmart employee at the Timmins location. I was very impressed with Henny who greeted me when I was at her cash - and she took time to help me pack my groceries. Her beautiful friendly nature was very welcomed. Thank you Henny.

Great friendly staff work at this store. Sara, Christine, Karen and Morgan in the self checkout area are especially kind and helpful. With Russ always stalking shelves, while Joanne and Tracy greet customers arriving through the front doors.
The hard working cart retrievers put up with all kinds of weather to make sure carts are available for customers.
There are so many staff I don't know, but I always see them busy trying hard to make sure customers have products available.
The ladies that do the online shopping orders always share a smile and friendly hello.
I've been shopping at this store since it opened and its obvious why I continue to do so.
Keep up the good work and thanks for all you do!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean store. Great self checkouts and staff were always there promptly to help me with any problems in checking out. Produce quality much improved since store opening. Clean washrooms and helpful and friendly staff in the store pharmacy where we have our registered meds.

The assistant manager was fantastic March 9th, came in with a broken heater, and she was kind, helpful and allowed us to exchange with no issues :) and lady that helped us afterward was a sweetheart what a great experience thanks ladies !

It's a Walmart what can I say. It's a Walmart . One of the things I like about Walmart is how easy we can return items we buy at any Walmart store even without a receipt. We noticed in the U.S.
that they just check the card you used and verify instantly when you bought the item. In Canada 🇨🇦 not so easy. But they don't give us a hassle. "ALTHOUGH WE'VE NEVER CHEATED ON ANY RETURNS ",I'D JUST AS SOON NOT TRY!!
WE really like shopping for food stuffs and my wife for Bathing suits. Especially since the gas costs so much, too much to go all over a small town looking for deals. Walmart very seldom has not got what we need.

We met a young man named Stephen, your employee, at the self-checkout area. It was a busy day and he was hustling to clean stations and greet customers. He was always friendly, polite and especially helpful when needed. He's a keeper!

I would just like to shout out an amazing emoyee. I believe her name is Paige (after quickly glancing at her nametag). I was in a hurry buy underwear for my daughter and couldn't remember my husband's pin. She noticed we were in a hurry and offered to pay for them. She was so encouraging and kind. Thank you so much for being so kind to us!

Received our booster shots here at the Pharmacy. Well organized and we were in and out quickly. Thank you to the pharmacy staff for pulling double duty during these challenging times!

Purchased a product that had a lower price, female assistant manager took care of it in a minute. She was extremely polite and so was the male cashier at refund counter. This is nothing new, the staff that I have talked to are so polite and curtious. Thank you Chateauguay Walmart.

It's well stocked and the staff is always friendly. It is a difficult time for them, with the way they are being treated by some people. It's not like they made the mask rules. They just have to enforce it. Just try to treat them well and thank them for being there.

I was at this Walmart Thursday April 25 in the evening around 7:15, there was a boy working in the produce, was so sweet and offered to get me some fresh romaine! Don’t see that often! So helpful! Hopefully he is recognized!

Great store, friendly staff. Only real “complaint” is that it’s small. But this is fergus, what did you expect a McDonald’s play house inside? This store has everything you need.

Great prices on food, good selection of products but not the biggest. Also has a small McDonald's inside. Checkouts are usually pretty quick. It's also in a convenient location.

My boyfriend stopped in on our way home to Guelph. They were having a great sale on phones. The phone sales lady, Jessica was insanely great. We got two iPhone 6 pluses for an amazing deal! We had to run home quickly to Guelph and they were close to closing but she stayed until we got back to help us with our phones! If you're looking to get a phone you should without a doubt go to Walmart wireless and have Jessica help you out!

I lost my phone here and could not figure out for the life of we where i left or dropped it. I went to the customer service and was told it wasnt there. I caught the guy just finishing cleaning the washroom, so I asked if he saw a phone and said he did. He went to the customer service with me and said that phone he gave them earlier was mine. It reall is mine!!! As a reward for being honest, i handed him $, but he refused and said it was his job!

Went there to get our 4th dose of the vacine .. very nice store and well laid out. Very clean and seemed organized .
