Tim Hortons

I love the mobile ordering cuz you can go right into the Mobile Spot and pick up my coffee but at this location every time I went there I've had to ask and wait in line for my coffee. I suffer from anxiety and a I have to tie my dog up outside. So what is the purpose of a mobile order line if there's not going to be use properly by the staff

Just had great experience at this location go forgot to order my dog a timbits and the guy went and got me one free of charge and actually gave my dog a piece very nice

I just wanted to go out of my way to recognize Abhishek at downtown Tim’s!
I was really running late to work and placed an order at wrong location but he told it is also owned by their owner and not only did he make my coffee with a smile he made it within 20 seconds..and helped me to fix the location for next time…thanks again to the manager I was having a bad morning and you made my day :)

I have nothing against it. A typical Tim Hortons in a nice area with friendly staff

Was kindly greeting by the young man today April 27th around lunch time. He was super nice and made sure to double check my order. Excellent service, fast and friendly staff.

This is the best Tim Horton's in Fergus hands down. Every time I go there the girls are so friendly and so nice. They made me feel pretty special today. So a big thank you to the entire staff. Keep up the good work!!
Better selection of product and the fastest drive thru

I used up my points to have breakfast inside Tim Horton's sitting on a reel table rather than taking out the food and I'm glad that restaurants are back open again for inside dining at 100% capacity. Friendly Service as usual always smiling faces.

ALVEER was amazing. My bf and I asked for the manager to clarify if our Tim's app offers could be paid via our points. We had other questions and as we waited for the manager, Alveer took the initiative to assist us with his excellent service and knowledge.

The biscuits they use as burger bases and tops absolutely taste so much nicer than the bread in the UK.

This is a busy place most of the time during morning rush hours.
But they manage to serve very quickly.
They have friendly staff and clean washrooms!

Always a great place to get a Tim’s, fast drive through as well

The staff was really friendly. The staff didn't notice me waiting there, she apologized and gave me a medium iced cap for the price of small. I was waiting there for hardly a minute. I was really impressed. Thanks

They gave us the mistaken order for free.

Small town Timmies are always so nice to visit. So much friendlier than ones in the GTA and they seem to get your order correct most of the time.

Friendly staff and they got my order right and the coffee didn't taste burnt like so many other locations

You just cant go wrong with tims steeped tea:)

Always enjoy Tim Hortons for my morning coffee and steeped tea. Also buy many Gift Cards throughout the year.

I got a donut they were decently efficient and very nice to me
