We just returned from a fantastic week in Orlando. Thanks to Susan Housel everything was perfect. She got us into the section that we wanted of the Disney Resort, so we had the most convenient location for getting quickly to the parks. She gave us tons of advice and recommendations for meals to meet our dietary needs. I highly recommend Susan to help you navigate the system. She really knows the Disney and Universal parks and how the ticketing works, so she can give you any tips that you might need!

Disney and planning is overwhelming, Kat Ward erased all those feelings and was on top of all the details. She was thorough, personable, and always open to a phone chat which I appreciated. E- mails were answered promptly and took initiative to coordinate our group of 10 so that we are all on the same page. We never felt pressured and Kat was full of knowledge. Your Disney trip is in good hands with Kat. We will definitely be going back to her for our next planned vacation. My kids cry daily that they are no longer at Disney !

Our family has now booked 3 Disney World vacations as well as a Disney cruise with Carolyn at PMV and each experience has been more magical than the last! She has helped these Disney guppies evolve into the rope droppin, lightning lane experts we are today!

I had a great experience working with pure magic vacations, my travel agent was Cass Lloyd. She was lovely to work with. I appreciated her quick responses, suggestions and advice. She was able to book everything for me seamlessly and deal with any problems that arose for me. We had an amazing time at Disney, universal and a Disney cruise with our 7 month old!

We were planning our first Disney vacation all last minute right before the Christmas holidays.We had never been there so needed lots of help for booking parks hotels food etc.Cass Lloyd came along like a fairy godmother and took care of all the work.She booked us a perfect place to stay at which was the All star music resort which was so beyond my expectations along with park passes.She also suggested booking some restaurants within the parks and then helped us to book them..We loved every minute of it.While we were on vacation she would keep in touch with us and was always there if we needed any help.At one point she even logged into my app for me as I was having trouble within the park.Thank you Cass Lloyd I couldn’t have done it without you.She even messaged us when we came back to see if we had a good time.❤Please use this lady she is the best.We travel a lot but have not used an agent in a long time and she became like family.She’s so professional but goes way beyond what an agent does and she became like family.I would give her ten stars if I could out of five.

We recently booked a vacation to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico with the help of Kat. Within an hour of contacting her, she had sent me a few package options for the resort we were considering and was quick to modify them after standard work hours based off my requests for flight times, dates, etc. She made sure to check-in before and after our trip and we felt very secure heading on our trip knowing that we had booked through Kat. I would recommend booking your future vacations with Kat - we absolutely will!

I highly recommend Pure Magic Vacations. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lindsay Richards to plan two family trips to Universal/Disney in the past two years. I was incredibly overwhelmed trying to figure out to plan our first family trip to Orlando and how to manage a split trip . It was wonderful to work with her the second time for our follow up visit this year. Our agent was Kimberley W. I found her through her Facebook page. Kimberley was excellent to work with. She was knowledgeable about everything related to our vacation - hotel, park tickets and dining plan. It made it easier to know what our options were and what would work best for us. She was responsive before, during and after the trip. She contacted us with savings that came up - this was huge as one change saved us money and added an extra park day. Which we were so thankful for in the end. Would highly recommend trusting Kimberly to plan the best vacation.

Cass at Pure Magic really came through for me and my family providing excellent service and getting a great deal to fully experience the Harry Potter wizarding world at universal studios. Our stay at the HRH was exceptional.

Danielle is the absolute best! She helped us navigate what could have been an overwhelming experience, and ensured we had a fantastic time with our kids. Her attention to detail is what set us up for success. The most helpful information pre trip was in the details - especially as we settled on a resort. She was always there before and during the trip, super responsive and ensuring we organized our days to get the most out of the parks. Caitlyn H helped us through every step, even picking the best days for our special reservations like the photo shoot and breakfast vouchers. We spent a week relaxing and having a magical and fun experience staying at Endless Summer: Dockside Inn and Suites. I can't wait to plan our next vacation with Caitlyn and Pure Magic Vacations.

Planning a trip to Disney isn’t easy! I almost didn’t take my family, meeting Caitlyn and having her support in finding magic at magic kingdom saved our trip, and my sanity! Our hotel was one of my favourite parts, we stayed at Coranado Springs - it was perfect- she helped us make Disney easy and magical!
