"I had an excellent experience at this Walmart, thanks to Jeffrey! He's an incredibly hard worker and went above and beyond to help me. He assisted me in picking out a heavy dining set and even helped me load it into my car. I'm truly grateful for his help and impressed by his dedication. Jeffrey is a superstar employee and a very nice guy. Great customer service!"

I am not a big fan of Walmart, and honestly mostly people who are working there are the reason.
This one is one of my favourite stores, I like the Management and people!
Why can’t all Walmarts be like this?

I have had some unpleasant experiences here with people in higher up positions in the past but it wasn’t worth my time and energy to post about it. Today I wanted to share a positive experience I had with one of the associates. I believe her name is Ranjinder. I got a warm welcome from her when entering the store and a friendly goodbye, which does not happen very often when I come here. I was having a particularly hard day that day. Ranjinder, you have no idea how much your greeting and smile meant to me on this day. Even though it was a brief interaction, you really made my day. I think other associates, including management, would benefit from customer service training.

This Walmart is very well managed. I say this after I visited many Walmarts in Mississauga and Brampton. It is clean, items are placed appropriately. The cash out staff are active and ready to help anytime. Today, first time I visited their bakery section, so I needed help in finding out the item I needed and a sweet associate, Bella graciously helped .She was very cheerful and friendly.

Deborah is such a pleasant and helpful lady!!! She is soo curtious!!!

I would like to thank the staff of Walmart Georgetown for your care and compassion. I thought I had lost my wallet in the store and the help and concern was outstanding. I was lucky to discover that it was in my car but the efforts by all the staff was so greatly appreciated.

Terry, Kushi, and Gurjinder were really helpful today. I always come to this store every week and it is always well kept and managed.

Great location with good selection of items

This Walmart location has the best customer experience that i had in any of the grocery chain supermarket. Especially during the pandemic, the curbside pickup team is so efficient and friendly. For example, there was issue of the online grocery order system Which caused duplicate items for almost entire order. We called to explain the situation, the team totally understand and act quickly on it. We really appreciate the help and understanding!

Go shopping there every Thursday morning and asked about the flu shot at pharmacy. The pharmacist said she will do it right then and there, so got my flu shot and did my shopping all at ONCE! To top it off, everyone at home got the flu days later and I am just fine! That's service for YOU!

Honestly, the only reason I'm writing this review is because of Christien (I think that's how it is spelt)! They were AMAZING! 12/10 customer service! They were so helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I asked about a product and after searching for a while, we couldn't find it so I continued my shopping. Christien actually ended up finding the product and then finding me TO LET ME KNOW WHERE IT WAS!! If that's not the best customer service ever, I don't know what is. I really hope management sees this and recognizes their efforts!

I do not usually write reviews but I have to give a big shout out to greeter Jennifer. How I really dislike wearing the mask and all the Covid stuff but I tell you Jennifer makes this little more bearable. From her pleasant Good mornings to asking everyone how they are all doing, she is excellent in her role. And even though I can’t see her face I know that she is smiling at each and every one of us as we come through the door! Thank you Jennifer!

I was at the Georgetown Walmart yesterday (May 30th) getting some photos printed for my daughters 1st birthday. It was a quiet day at the photo centre so I figured I would do the 1 hour service to save some money and get my photos printed quickly.
The lady (Rose) working at the counter was facing the DVD isle and I asked if I could pay for my photos and pick them up. In the background I could hear the photos printing. Rose didn’t seem too interested in customer service at all. When I asked if she could get my photos she told me to come back in an hour. After I had told her that my photos had printed ... she said I would have to give her at least 20 minutes.
Then Roxanne came to “relieve” Rose for her break. Roxanne cashed me out in seconds. She was pleasant and professional and went above and beyond giving me excellent Customer Service.
It turned a not so good experience into a great experience thanks to Roxanne. I hope Roxanne is recognized for her professionalism and genuine care for Walmart’s customers.

So much better to come to this location if you live at Brampton’s borderline. The Walmart on Mississauga Road is a joke. It’s so busy, no one follows are rules or keeps 6 feet distance. They don’t have all items in stock because it’s so busy. I end up only finding half the things I need. This location is awesome! It’s not busy, I don’t feel rushed.

Good Walmart, with good Staff, There is a gentleman that works there Named Allan. He sometimes greets people or does self check out. He is a really great guy nice to talk to and makes you feel welcome

Had an issue primarily with the information and ordering function on walmart.ca. Manager Tracey and Assistant Manager Kevin went above and beyond to take care of my problem. Based on this bad experience that they made into a good experience, I would highly recommend the Georgetown Walmart.

All the employees are super nice and helpful and when I got my online order for a package they were super helpful on getting it quick to me and when I did an online order for the for grocery pickup I got everything that I needed

That store is very cleaned well organized ,find stuff very easily. All employees are good helpful .

Love this Walmart!!! Even though it's not as big as other Walmarts, they carry everything you need. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Clean and always a joy to shop at.

Smaller than a lot of Walmart’s but the same selection. Not as picked over. Was able to find plates that we had gone to 3 Walmart’s to find. All other stores sold out but Georgetown had what we needed. Maybe I shouldn’t let the secret out! This is our go to!
