Had the best experience in my life with this dealership. Dealer named Ali was the kindest and greatest person I ever met. He walked me through dealerships inventory and showed me multiple deals with great cars. After we stopped on the one that I liked, Ali arranged a drive test for me, and later after that, we made a great deal on that car. He and his team prepared my car, fixed even the smallest issues, and provided me with a 2-year warranty from the dealership. The least I could expect that he gave me and my wife a rare model car as a gift for being a great customer. Got the highest customer service level from this dealer. I purchased my second car from Georgetown Kia through Andre Dyer this weekend. Just like before, Andre was professional and supportive throughout the entire process. He helped me work numbers and talked to me as a friend rather than a customer to help me make the best decision.

The car I purchased came with a few hiccups for safety (nothing in the control of Andre) and required more time than expected for delivery. Andre was always available when I asked for updates and kept his professionalism even when I was becoming more and more irritating to deal with.

David was helpful in finding a finance plan for the car. This is also my second experience with him and David kept everything as straightforward and simple as possible.

What an amazing dealership! Everyone under this roof is amazing and treat you like family. I was lucky enough to have Cameron and Mitch to make buying a new car journey so fantastic. I had a wonderful experience at Georgetown KIA! I had business with Harman from Sales and Jim from Finance.

I was in the market for 6 months (for a specific vehicle), I inquired on a few, but the vehicles ans the other local and out of town dealers were not on Georgetown KIA's level.

Firstly, HARMAN from sales is who I dealt with on the sales side. He was the first member of Georgetown KIA I spoke with.

He is very competent and knows how to satisfy the consumer's needs impeccably. 5 STAR Salesman From the initial contact to going over the vehicle before I left. Full review of the car's safety was done, proper job.

The process took a week, as I came from 6 hours away. Every text, exchange of photo and video media, emails and calls were always answered quickly the same day. I was greeted as soon as I got in, respectful and well spoken with a smile. I was attended to immediately despite it being a strong and busy sales evening.

JIM MURRAY from Finance gets 5 STARS for his informative, honest and professional style. He informed me of EVERY detail, all actions to any options I was selecting. I will remember our conversations in person. Memorable & zero stress during closing the sale. He even stayed later to make sure the consumer (me) was fully informed.

And lastly the facility itself gets 5 STAR. Open layout floor plan, customer lounge area, bright and open concept. Good Floorplan. Coffee, treats, comfy seating, merch.

My new vehicle was filled up, oil change, detailed, cleaned inside and out. HARMAN also gave me an educated break down of the vehicle, some solid advice before a caring send off.

This was my first major purchase and I am very pleased that I actually had zero issues from start to finish.
