Concept Ford

I sincerely want to thank the team over at Concept Ford for a seamless and great experience. I rarely write a review for anything, however I felt the need to because the team went above and beyond from the moment I gave them a call to inking the deal and leaving with my brand new Mach-E!

Long story short, I’m all the way out East in Durham and called about 8 dealerships inquiring about a Mach-E. I gave each dealership the breakdown of what my budget was and what I was looking for… In efforts to avoid the back and forth haggling experience that we all are accustomed to. From Dixie Ford - Formula Ford you name it, they got close to getting to my number but there was always hidden fees that were due on delivery. Ended up calling Concept Ford and had the pleasure of dealing with both Jason J (sales) and Jason S (GM). Jason J promised he would go to bat and talk to his boss to ensure I get the deal I want and to give him a day or two. Fast forward to today he lived up to his promise and I drove over 1.5 hours to close the deal.

I have dealt with numerous dealerships in the past and the service, honesty and genuine demeanour they all possessed was unmatched. Rachel - Finance Manager was amazing as well and couldn’t have made the process easier for me. Family owned and operated dealership and it’s evident they care about their customers. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new ford transit from Concept Ford, in Georgetown and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The dealership is super clean and the staff are very friendly. Jason, the salesman who assisted me, was incredibly friendly, eager to help, and extremely knowledgeable in his field. Jason even got my new truck to me months earlier than expected! As well as Rachel, from financing, made that part of the process very easy and stress free. Concept Ford was very good to deal with. I took my truck there because it was giving me a rough time a few weeks prior. They put it on diagnostics and identified an additional problem that I didn't know was there. I had previously gone to another Ford dealer that gave me a timeline of two weeks just to get a part in for the truck but Concept will have it done by this upcoming Tuesday. The staff were friendly and did a great job. I would recommend going there if you need work done.

I wanna give a special recognition for the service department at Concept Ford. The overall experience was great. It was a bit of a back and forth to fix my car (this review has nothing to do with the quality of the car....) but Alex provided an exceptional experience. He made sure I didn't struggle with the commute when i left my car at the dealer for few days.

I was on the lookout for a second hand vehicle and it just so happened that Concept Ford had it. I reached out to them to see if the vehicle was still available and Carmen, the sales person, reached out almost immediately. He was very timely and responsive with his communications, which was a lot better than the other experiences I had before Concept Ford.

Carmen, was patient with all my questions as this was the first time I was purchasing second hand. There was no pressure and no hidden fees right from the get go.

Even when I met Rachel, the finance manager, she was awesome at laying out all the options that are available to me without any pressure. Overall, an awesome experience and worth the drive over. Thanks Carmen and the Concept Ford team.

Got my truck from here, Jason is a great guy who helped me from the start and still does if I give him a call. Painless and easy, no beating around the bush talking, straight to the point and upfront with everything, sometimes you have to ask the right questions as a customer also. You still have to do your research before buying or whatever you want to do. But yeah, they have my business from here on out until they don't.

I've been going to this dealership for years and I won't go anywhere else. They take care of their customers. The service manager is great, he's very knowledgeable. The service is great and the staff are proffesional and friendly. They have a great team at this dealership. I highly recommend them. They will always have my business.

I had an excellent experience at Concept, mainly working with Carmen who was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicles, features, and packages. As well, the management team is very competent and made the whole process a breeze. It is definitely worth the drive from Toronto to work with this team!

Was searching for a deal on a Mach-E and called around to several different dealerships. Connected with Carmen at Concept Ford and he took excellent care of me! Got me a great price on the vehicle, and showed utmost care when it came to delivery. Rachel was also a great help in financing! Had a small mishap occur before delivery and they handled it very professionally and quickly, while keeping me in the loop. Big shout out to them for the top notch service. All tho my visit didn’t end up with a deal, Nick is your person to go to. He cares and tries everything in his power to try and get you everything you want. He listens & is prepared with many options! i definitely recommend seeing him for your next purchase!

Excellent service department. Other Ford dealerships refused to give me an appointment to look into issues with the transmission in my ford focus. Concept ford gave me an appointment within 2 business days and replaced the TCM under warranty. Alex was my service advisor. He was very helpful and courteous. I could not be happier with the service I received.

My experience with Concept Ford was seamless. Carmen & Hammad are professional, quick, and efficient at what they do. I cannot thank Carmen enough for selling me my new vehicle. If anybody is looking to purchase a new vehicle I highly recommend dealing with Carmen.

Best experience ever. I've purchased a dozen new vehicles in the past but this was my best experience. From Jason in sales to Rachel in Warranty / Financing this was amazing. Also take note we do love our new Bronco. My wife has named named her KING and she gets more attention than me, LOL !!

Great overall dealership experience. The sales rep. Carmen that I dealt with made everything easy and was always providing updates on my vehicle order. Rachel went over any extra warranties and additional things very clearly and transparently which is always appreciated. 10/10 for sales in my opinion they made the purchase experience a breeze.

The service department has been wonderful as well. I had a concern and Tanya was very quick and thorough with getting the issue acknowledged and rectified. The technician who looked at my car even came out and explained the solution. Definitely appreciated them going above and beyond to assist me. 10/10 for service too!

We had our Escape in for it’s regular maintenance and the service was very good. I waited for the repairs and they were done quickly. We try to shop locally and have had Concept provide us with new vehicle pricing, their initial offering was $7,000 less than a dealer in the city and $14,000 less than in Mississauga. Definitely worth giving them a try!

I had a fantastic experience leasing my new F-150 at Concept Ford. Ziyad Sarhan was an amazing sales rep who made the entire process quick and easy. The deal I got was great, and the speed of delivery was incredible – I went from signing the paperwork on Tuesday to driving off in my new truck on Friday! Concept Ford and Ziyad definitely exceeded my expectations.

So I would advise to go with a different sales rep from concept
