Had the pleasure of being suited up by Ash. I left the store feeling like George Clooney. His eye for the perfect combination was such great experience. I really don't like clothes shopping but Ash made the time go by in a blink. If you are needing some nice apparel, drop in to Moore's. They have a great selection of clothing, and great staff to help you find exactly what you were looking for.

I was met with the nicest salesperson last night when I raced in to get some Christmas gifts for my husband. I was short on time and needed to get home to feed my beagles. He was just so kind, patient and helpful. Funny too. He set me at ease from the start. He helped me find the perfect things, matching sweater with just the right shirt and tie. Moore’s has excellent selection, by the way, and great quality merchandise. But it’s the good service you ultimately remember most. I wish I knew his name, but if it helps, I was the girl you got in and out of there in less than last Christmas’s record of 15 minutes! Thanks again and, as we say in the dog rescue world, Happy HOWLIDAYS!

Jennifer and Dan definitely can help anyone with their dress attire when it comes to work, weddings or formal outings. Great place to shop when you get the right associates. Thank you for everything over the last couple years. Always will be coming back here when looking for suits or even every day wear.

We had to get 5 suits in an urgent family matter. The oshawa store, and in particular Simon, managed to get us all fitted and set up on the spot (including shoes, belts etc). I was touched and so appreciative of his professionalism and expertise in making this happen, and from me and my family thanks so much Simon and the rest of the staff for an amazing job!

Aditi(Moores associate) was the extremely patient and helpful with my wife and I. She was insightful and paid close attention to our needs…she never made us feel pressured or rushed. Our experience was a great one.

Stopped in to rent a suit for a wedding. Turns out I went in during their busiest time. Didn’t matter though, Terri and Devante provided efficient and professional service. I selected the perfect suit, and they had me measured and on my way in no time. And a great price as well. Just awesome! Highly recommend 👍

Went in today to buy a suit for my son. Jackson greeted us and offered his help right away. He was so helpful and willing to show us different options until we found the right one. I stopped in at Moore's in Oshawa needing a new suit and some things to match with it, but having no clear idea what I was looking for. I was lucky that Jennifer greeted me at the door and started to help me out. She put together excellent combinations, and was perfectly knowledgeable, very helpful and great to deal with. My clothes turned out beautifully after my alterations were complete there and the items sent to the Moore's in my hometown. Prices were very good and I spent less than I had expected to. Best service I've had at a clothing store in many years. Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience today at Moore’s. Pretty much immediately, I was approached by Nick, who was able to help me to make a great purchase. Nick was highly attentive to my needs, and was able to make sure that I got just what I wanted. I shop at Moore’s somewhat regularly, and always have great experiences, but I was blown away by the service delivered by Nick. He was incredibly personable, and worked with me to find my best options. He even added a touch of humour. This man deserves a promotion. He was incredibly helpful. An easy 5 star review.

Though I am a frequent flyer at this store, I always LOVE bargains! I always look at the bottom line when it comes to their prices, and will only shop when it is priced where I'd like to pay for it.

I had been that day to a few others, Tip Top being one of them. Not even an acknowledgement or a can I show you something. The minute I walked into the store, Ash was there to greet me. I needed a suit. Weddings upcoming, many of them and meetings, funerals. I'm a short stalky type so as bit more challenging to buy off the rack. Ash took the time to try me out a few, measure me up and stuck some pins in me. Confirmed with my real boss, my wife. Who BTW is very pleased with the suit. Ended up buying top of the line. Honestly if the service fits it I don't mind spending a grand for a suit, which I did. I am a field sales manager. I might just poach this guy for my own team. He deserves kudos.

Well done, and my daughters grooms side is coming to Moores now too. I have 3 daughters getting married within 36 months I will push this spot for their parties.

My wife and I visited Moores to use a discount that we received from the rental of our wedding formalwear. Our experience was superb from start to finish. I wasn't sure what I was looking for, but that was a welcome challenge for our sales associate, Aidan. He greeted us with an open and friendly demeanour and showed us numerous options in a variety of styles. He was knowledgeable about current trends, and offered helpful guidance and insight. Likewise, a second sales associate, Sophie, joined in to assist us with the coordination of an outfit and provided her objective opinion with genuine enthusiasm. We landed on a funky, modern ensemble anchored by a new brand at Moores; Paisley & Gray (check it out if you like colour and pattern). All that said, if you're looking for menswear, visit Moores in Oshawa; you'll be glad you did.

Got fitted for a custom suit here today, fauve (hope I got the spelling right) was great she was very friendly and efficient. Was in and out within an hour. Great customer service :)

1 week, 2 suits, 2 different days, 2 amazing Sales Reps! Simon was very helpful with finding a suit for my son's Grade 8 graduation this past Monday. He made the whole process super easy and we ended up with a beautiful suit! I was so impressed with the quality and service that I brought my boyfriend in to buy a suit for an upcoming wedding we are attending in a few weeks. Today Jaidyn helped me find the perfect suit and matching shirt and tie for my man and damn does he look amazing or what?!? She was sweet and offered great advice and suggestions as well. Overall I spent over $1200 and I'll be back in the future thanks to these 2 amazing reps! Thanks Moores!

I rented a suit for my daughter's wedding. We had so much problems with the currier, not the store. The Associates at the store was very professional and patient. I dealt with the Associate Fauve and she was very great. But I must say a BIG thanks to the manager Scott. The currier did not deliver my suit in time but Scott solved the problem and personally delivered another suit in time for me to wear. I am so thankful to him for turning a bad situation into something good. Thanks once again Scott. Great Customer Service.

I had Simon help me out, so my review is with regards to my experience with him:

Simon was very friendly and very helpful in helping me pick out a shirt and some ties. He measured me very quickly and found the perfect size for me immediately. He even went out of his way to ask what the colour of the suit was that I was planning on wearing with the ties to give me better recommendations on which tie colours to work with.

I not only appreciated his extreme friendliness in me asking him for recommendations and advice, but he also clearly had the formalwear-related knowledge necessary to answer my questions well.
