From the moment I entered the store, the employee greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, making me feel instantly welcome. Their knowledge of the products and willingness to assist me in finding the perfect items was remarkable. What stood out the most was their genuine kindness and patience. They took the time to understand my preferences, offered valuable recommendations, and patiently answered all my questions.

In addition to their expertise, the employee went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and confident in my choices.

Jan 14, 2024 today and I had a 10/10 EXPERIENCE with Zubaida! It was during the closing time but she was very patient with me and I asked her to cancel the refund from the gift card to the credit card (which was my fault at the first place) BUT SHE MADE IT VERY LIGHT. Idk about the other reviews y’all but everyone were very smiley and friendly. Even the supervisor at that day was very nice too. ZUBAIDA DESERVES A RAISE OR A PROMOTION ASAP! I’ve been working for retail for almost 10 years and I highly recommend her 😌🥰

I don't often leave reviews but I had to leave one to thank Safia at the downtown Montreal location for her absolute efficiency. The store was extremely busy and rather than pawning off my request to the cashiers (as other employees did), she resolved my birthday gift request super quickly and efficiently, with her proper knowledge of store policy. Thanks so much, Safia. Service like yours should definitely be rewarded.

We had the cutest store clerk help us yesterday. She had a sally makeup from the nightmare before christmas which looked amazing !! She was so kind and helpful. The other employee we tried talking to that afternoon was kinda rude and didn't really seem like they wanted to help us so we really appreciated this employee. I wish I took her name but I forgot to ask. Will definitely be coming back again !

I had the incredible privileged of being assisted by Yasmine today Jan 22 2024.
She was at the cash but went over & above her role to assist me.
She is professional polite and goes above & beyond for the customer. She looks the part & she acts the part. She should be an exemple to her colleagues & I hope her hard & conscience work is noted & compensated by Sephora, it's very rare to still find such a quality person Sephora is lucky to have her.
I explained that I saw the product was available at the store online but it was not on the shelves. She took the time to check her inventory & also looked else where & found it for me. She was the one helping me & she thanked me for my patience & understanding she is one of a kind.
Thanks to her I have renewed faith in Sephora.

Eaton Centre is getting remodeled and the existing Sephora is also getting expanded and remodeled. For a better customer experience Sephora decided to create a temp store while the expansion is occurring (much better than leaving the store open).

It is a little hard to find... The temp store is directly under the existing store. There are signs on the floor and the walls showing where it is. It's also accessible from the metro station.

All in all it is not bad... The shelves are lit and the store didn't lose any brands or capacity. The beauty advisors are all knowledgeable and friendly. They still offer full services.

I was overwhelmed with a lot of products to choose from but I got help by their sales agent. Nice quality and there are items on sale. I was able to buy what I was looking for and a plus on the side.

I had an amazing service by Oumaima in the makeup section! She helped select my shade in an instant & gave me the best makeup experience I’ve had yet in Sephora! Going back again just for her!

Went to Sephora for the first time in 4 years. Had the most amazing comforting experience all staff were super friendly and really helpful. I’ve been suffering with Acne for about a year now and Sabrina recommended this serum that showed an immediate difference on my skin. Will definitely be back soon, 4 years was def too long.
