Food is really delicious and the princes are great. Server was nice and helpful . Had a great time here!

First time there and had half rack of ribs and 4 chicken wings with fries. Fast service and great food Wednesday ribs night $15. Plus drink.

On very short notice minutes after opening you took on the majority of a minor hockey team. Service was prompt, food and drink were excellent. Looking forward to going again.

We had a great experience at chucks on family day. A party of six was treated exceptionally well by staff, our servers were excellent , the facility was easily accessed by my son in a power wheelchair , atmosphere was great . Steaks were cooked perfectly , excellent salads and appetizers. The large order was executed in an efficient manner . Dessert across the board was also fantastic . In addition we were pleasantly surprised at our bill it was less than we expected and in our budget for a quality family meal out .

We had to find somewhere to eat after boating with our kids. On the drive to the restaurant I looked up the reviews and wasn't exactly excited to go. But we needed to get food. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The restaurant was pretty busy and we were open to really anything except eating outside. We started out at one of the taller tables and we had the kids on our laps. Not long after we sat down the waitress came and asked us if a table came free would we like to switch tables so the kids could sit in the baby chairs they had provided us. We got our drinks and a little while later we were moved to a lower table so our kids didn't have to sit on our laps. We didn't have to wait a long time for our food and when it came it was hot and delicious. Our waitress and food was great! The womens bathroom could use some repairs but with all the bad reviews that would have turned us off even going there if we had other options, I am glad we went and I hope they can keep up the great work!

There 1/2 chicken dinner was well worth it, saved some for other meals.

Stopped to grab take out, limited menu. Service was a few minutes longer then a fast food resteraunt but the food was of better quality.

My review is to reflect the positive experience that I had with Saumil at this location. We placed an online order but unfortunately the website automatically defaulted back to Arthur, ON even after selecting my location. He was able to help us resolve our payment issue and refunded us to ensure we were satisfied. It was a very quick turn around! Thanks again!

Called ahead with a take-out order. Order was filled on time. Chicken was good, ribs were so-so, BBQ sauce was very nice, and Caesar salad was as good as advertised. Would definitely go back again.

Find was great. Service was friendly and very attentive. Atmosphere reminded me of Roadhouse I used to go all the time years ago.

Needed something to eat before we got back on the road.. Chuck's Roadhouse was open. Ordered a small poke of fries nothing else.
Nobody was in the restaurant they still got my food ready.
