Great business kind and courteous. I ordered Turkey legs and wings and they called and could not fulfill my order and not just telling me that, they took time out of their day to source out another butcher who could have this for me. Thank you 🙏

The best country market I have yet to discover! And in Elora how much better can it get. Dar herself is just a fabulous human and her selection of product for the space she has is just incredible. You can find just about anything at Dar's. Most highly recommended

Went in for the first time and bought some meat. It was great I will definitely be coming in a lot more often and will highly recommend Dar's Country Market. Everyone is super friendly the meat was so fresh as well as the Chorizo sausage it's a must try!

Great staff, great products, great prices, mostly home-cooked foods that are amazing! Huge gluten-free goodies selection that tastes amazing! Highly recommend this!

I can't even start to describe the selection of goods in this store. All I can say is you have to stop in and see it for yourself. Oh, and the Sunday ribs are AMAZING!

DARS is one of the best local food stores around. What you find here you literally won't find in any of the major grocery stores as they won't stock it. The staff is the friendliest and most accommodating and every product deserves a five-star.

If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit this hidden gem in Elora, you have no idea what you’re missing….could possibly be the best jerk chicken I’ve ever eaten! More importantly, lovely, friendly, family owed business.

A local indie grocery stores that sells high quality localized products as well as high quality store made food. Very engaging staff and the owner is fantastic, tell Dars: Max sent you.

Dar's is the spot to shop for fresh meat, produce, cheese and more. My husband and I have been shopping here for years now and I tell you, I'll never buy grocery store meat again! Coming from someone who has never really liked meat, that's saying a lot. Their ground beef is by far the best I've had, chicken breast are incredible to the point where I've forgotten to salt and pepper in a hasty cooking adventure but they were still perfect in flavour. We walk in and feel like part of the family, which makes the shopping experience that much better. They've done a great job through the lockdowns this past year, too, even with a small location. It's worth the wait to get inside but I just learned they're offering curbside pickup, too, which is super convenient with a small baby this time of year. I find the prices extremely reasonable for the quality of product you get in return. Compared to prices at large grocery stores, Dar's really isn't more expensive. And you have to try the garlic!
If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you, each and every one of you, for everything you do!

Awesome selection easy staff to get along with honest foods bit pricey * worth the extra for quality meats and personal service. The girls oops! young ladies behind meat counters very helpful and fun over counter was a pleasure to be served and interact in these odd circumstances cheers! We'll be back

Perfect spot to grab a few groceries, deli, homemade salads etc… Plus, they do smoked wings and ribs on the weekend! Amazing stuff.
