This is a great company. We purchased the leash for two dogs and absolutely loved it. At one point a section started freying. I contacted them and had a replacement working 3 days. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend!!

We were recently told about this place and I have nothing but great experiences everytime. Our dog eats a certain type of food and when we called they said they would get it in in a few days. They told us in the mean time they did have a smaller bag they would put aside for me. I also am usually offered for someone to bring the food to my car by a staff member as I'm normally shopping with my baby. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable

The prices here are $1-3 cheaper than in Toronto and they have a very wide selection of items. Lots of rabbit supplies too and bird feed, bedding, etc in bulk. Staff was polite as well. Worth a stop if you’re visiting Elora from Toronto

We love going to dreamland! Very friendly and helpful staff. I love how they will carry heavy bags of food to your car. Great selection of items. We've used the wonderful grooming station for our pup and the puppy socials and classes are amazing!!

My favourite place to shop, not just for pet supplies but truly this is my favourite shop in town. I will never shop for my pets anywhere else. The selection is amazing, the prices are very fair, and I trust the team’s opinion one million percent. When it comes to my cats I don’t trust many people but the team at Dreamland is so knowledgeable and so kind. It’s my favourite part of the week ❤ thank you to everyone!

This is a gem of a pet store. My husband and I were on a vacation from our dog babies and of course couldn’t stop ourselves from checking this place out. Glad we did. Super friendly staff and great products available at this store. Excellent floor layout. A very pleasant shopping experience.

I was extremely happy with Dreamland pet. The price was great and the selection was great. This was the easiest shop local I have ever done. I would recommend it to anyone. Their prices are 10-50% cheaper than the big box pet stores. I have gone back multiple times and will continue to shop there for my dogs needs.

The staff was absolutely wonderful and very helpful. They were very educated on what my dog could and could not have due to her dietary conditions. We will only shop here as they made such an impression on us. Plus our dog loves to shop for herself.
We also loved the "We love Pets" stamp as it can be reused and not branded with store name. It's the small thing!

This store is wonderful, the staff are top notch. It is a great way to sell gently used tack! I was getting out of horses and brought all my high end tack and show clothes here. This store has a good deal of foot traffic and they were able to sell all my items for a good value. Took the burden off me to advertise and try to sell each individual item. Very easy, I just provided them with an inventory list and they sent me a cheque each time they made a sale! They don't take too much in commission so I felt that it was a fair value for the customer, the shop and myself. Staff were very professional and kept in contact with me to ensure my belongings were being sold at the right price. I highly recommend this store and the consignment shop!

Excellent wide selection of pet food, toys and treats, great friendly service and very competitive prices! My new go-to store for anything pet related!
