I hadn't been to a Burger King for a long time ever since the bad service and food I got at another outlet. This time was very different. Service was great and so was the food...served hot and fresh.

Asked for cheese on burger, didn't get it. But didn't pay for the cheese either. I guess they just didn't hear. Otherwise, great food.

King Deal is a real value. $5 for a cheeseburger, chicken burger, fries and a Coke. Sub the fries out with mozza sticks for an extra dollar and you're really living Large. Lots of space in the dining rooms, and staff wear masks.

Just picked up some food from this place, massive portions, compared to UK (it’s where I’m from) reasonable prices. Cheers

I m big Burger King lover . But last 16 years since I have been in canada , I never had a burger like I had it today , in this location . How warm was the meat fresh and smoky , all the greens so fresh and the bread just came from baking . Over all the best ever . I will always come this location . To have the best Burger King hamburger in Vancouver I can say in canada . Thank you guys .. you guys maee my night ;)))

This is my go to place for fast food breakfast as compared to the other restaurants in the area. I hesitate to tell you this because I don't want to deal with line ups if people know about how good their offerings are for breakfast and their service is always friendly and prompt. Always made fresh. Thank you

It is a big and clean Burger King.. They have like a separated room probably you can use it as a family room

Great value for your buck for sure. I always for years was a MD guy but now I think I'm gonna support the king for awhile. Get the app, it's totally worth it.

Wonderful staff! They were very busy with a huge order, so they forgot a few items in my order. When I told them, they gave me my items that were missing and another free burger and fries! Would definitely recommend this location.

Top BK in BC! I always ask for a fresh Whopper at any BK but this location ALWAYS delivers. They pluck the picture perfect Whopper from the photos and heat it up on the grills of Heaven. Keep it up Richmond Location, you do good work.

We always order foods from this place, and the staff named Jag always provide awsome service, his voice always sounds like he’s passionate about his work,very good attitude to customers. We never need to wait so long time to get our food, he made everything super fast !The work attitude and service like him really deserves encouragement and praise👍

5 stars for the early evening staff tonight Feb. 12, 21 i went in and ordered food for a starving, sick homeless lad freezing in the very cold winter weather outside the BK Ironwood. The young women servers, when I told them who it was for they put a little extra inside the take out bag for him. That was unexpected and very kind of them. Needless to say the young man was very grateful and thankful for the kindness showed to him.

Everytime ive used the drive thru im made to feel like im bothering the person by being a customer, short, snappy and no personal touch. I get the fact its fast food but there should be some guest relations in a sense. That changed the other day, Raj who told us hed been there for 4 years was a gem. Polite, curteous and patient. Head office should look into making him their corporate trainer for other locations. This kids going places. Thanks Raj. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾🙏
