I’m in the verge of tears from the kindness from Rod and Eric at the service centre. There’s nothing worse than waking up to a flat tire when your life is already in shambles. Been going to them for years and I’m always told I can get a cheaper deal with mechanics, costco, etc… I’m always thinking: yes, I should try somewhere different, it might be cheaper…

However, the way that they treated my child and I today has left me speechless and showed me why I keep going back here.

Eric Cheung was an amazing service adviser! He made sure that everything was all good with my first service & explained all the warranties I have because I forgot most of them. Highly recommended seeing him for a smooth service!

It's always a good idea to get your Toyota serviced at Toyota by people who know the vehicles well. Almost all of my extended family owns Corollas. We've never had any issues whatsoever after getting ours serviced here.

Book your service well in advance, as they're extremely busy. For good reason!

I purchased a new Prius Prime SE in March. I originally paid a deposit 22 months earlier. There are relatively few of these vehicles so hence the long wait. Dia is a pleasant, no pressure salesman. No haggling with this in-demand model so paid MSRP, there were no "compulsory" add-ons; no documentation fees. Financing department/Brian was also pleasant, he explained optional add-ons with little pressure.
I don't find car buying to be a pleasant experience but this was not unpleasant either.
