Every time I have visited the Burger King in Fergus, I have been very impressed by everything. The service provided by the friendly staff is outstanding, and on my second visit the staff member recognized me from my first visit at least a month earlier!

The food is great, and the coffee is to die for. I usually eat in and do some work on my laptop. There are power outlets at virtually every table, unlike many other fast food restaurants. Seating is comfortable and the place is kept clean.

The decor is simple and attractive. This Burger King is definitely my favourite place to hang out in Fergus!

I just ate at this Burger King location and I was so impressed at how delicious the food was! I ordered 2 Whopper meal combos (one for me and one for my mom). I added cheese and bacon to both burgers. The employees were so friendly as well! The food was done very quickly. I'm so happy with my experience here!

I am vegetarian, every time I order the impossible whopper it is made to order. You have to wait a few minutes for it but totally worth it.
Staff is so super friendly. Even apologized for the wait which was not necessary as I was so happy it was made fresh!
Fries are delicious when hot. I always ask for hot, fresh salted fries and last time I got it and was soooo good. Today they were luke warm.. my only complaint.
In my last order I tried the onion rings which I don’t recommend. Not crispy and flaky and fake tasting. I like a crispy panko type o ring and this was not that.
In today’s order, I forgot to ask for any side sauce etc. but was pleasantly surprised that they gave me like 5 or 6 ketchup packets!!! Thank you!!! It was so appreciated!!
Overall, being vegetarian, this is an amazing yummy option.
And again, the service is amazing!!!

I had a very welcoming experience when I visited Christmas eve with my 2 sons (ages 6 and 1). Our food was so good and still hot. They were so nice and didn't rush us at all, and we took about 45 minutes. After we left I realized they were actually waiting for us to so they could close but I was blown away by the outstanding service and friendly nature of the 2 people who I encountered while there. I highly recommend this burger King location. If you're the owner reading this, I recommend that you give praise to your employees who were working that night, I was very impressed by their positive and caring attitudes.

Quality of food was top-notch .. i tried there sunmer drink which was really good .. the service was oustanding .. also they have great offers everytime i visit .. highly recommended !!
