Lougheed Village Bar & Grill

All I gotta say is wowwwww. Lifelong Port Moody resident, I came across the restaurant while exploring the Lougheed Village Mall above it for the first time. Decided to give the restaurant a shot on the same day I found it, Saturday night. And I'll say it again, wowwww. Invited two friends as well, and it was well worth it. And maybe the most packed restaurant I've ever seen in the tricities with the best vibe! A hidden gem if there ever was one, complete with 4 pool tables, shuffleboard, air hockey, darts and an arcade! The beer and food was wicked, and we lucked into a steak dinner special! I loved every inch of this place. From the shape of the bar to the stage for live music. The potential is off the charts and I highly recommend a visit. It's so tucked away that letting people discover I think that is likely too rare an occurrence to rely on for business, and am amazed they are around still. Only comment is the nachos could've had more toppings! But overall, bravo guys! Bravo 👏🏽

One of the coolest, nostalgic, authentic pubs around. Brings you back to the past with pinball machines, pool tables darts, and an authentic dark dive bar atmosphere. Definitely found one of my favourite places to go! Awesome deals on beer and food, and free bingo on sundays? Yeah ill be there 😉

Through the grapevine we had heard about this place years ago described as 70's underground, or something. New to the hood and had to check it out. LOVE this place so we keep coming back. 'Local watering hole' comes to mind. We're not talking Cactus Club here. This is a clean, spacious and friendly "Wanna go watch the game and have a beer?" kinda place. The food? Big menu with lots of selection. The fries are amazing. Sarah, Chef Jon Jon rock. Definately worth a visit.

A hidden gem in terms of Bars in the Greater Vancouver Area. The food was waaay better than I was expecting! I got the Buffalo Blue Cheese Chicken Crunch Sandwich w/ ice tea to get $5 off, and It ranks up there with some of the best Fried Chicken Sandos I've ever tasted. Classic homestyle burgers and fries; exactly what you would want.

I tried some of my friend's Sugar Waffles & Vanilla Ice cream and it was decadent and delightful.

Also plenty of games to play, 4 pool tables as well as some pinball and darts. Pool tables are free to play with the exception of special events.

I'm glad I revisited this place with my friends, since my initial visit on 2022 New Years Eve had a rather limited menu.

We went to watch the Canucks vs Maple Leafs game, and this was while the BC Lions game was taking place. My only other gripe with this place is that they only had the Canucks game on the one projector. I can't fathom why they couldn't give the Canucks another TV since the BC Lions were taking up every other TV in the bar, but I digress.

I'll give this place my seal of approval on the back of the food alone.

We come here often for trivia night. It is so much fun, lots of large screens to see the questions. They also are popular on game nights! Lots of seating, easy to spread out. The only pub in the area that has activities to do, besides drinking: shuffleboard, darts, video games, pool tables... Parking is free if you register your plates at the door! Kinda hard to find though, as it's underground😁

Came here specifically to play Indiana Jones pinball. However was very impressed with Dane's bartending and customer service skills. I had a burger and my son had the beef dip, which were recommended. Both were amazing. Thank you. We'll be back

Although it's a bit hidden in a building and can be hard to find, the atmosphere once you get inside is fantastic. The bar has a welcoming and laid-back vibe, with plenty of seating and a great selection of drinks.

One of the highlights of my visit to Lougheed Village Bar & Grill was playing billiards and other games with my friends. There are plenty of options to choose from, and the prices are quite reasonable. It's a great place to unwind after a long day or catch up with friends over drinks.

Another great feature of this bar is the number of TVs, making it a fantastic spot to catch your favorite sports game. Whether you're into football, basketball, or any other sport, Lougheed Village Bar & Grill is a great place to watch with friends and fellow fans.

Overall, I had a great experience at Lougheed Village Bar & Grill and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a fun night out. While it can be a bit hard to find, the welcoming atmosphere, great selection of games, and sports viewing options make it well worth the effort.

Wings Wednesday never fails to disappoint.

Wings: Their wings are amazing for the price and flavours. Thick, chunky, meaty, flavour fully marinated/rubbed wings.

Price: $5/lb on wednesdays with a purchase of a drink(non/alcoholic)

Drinks: Seasonal promotions.

Service: Depends on who’s serving. There’s a waitress with really nice ink that’s always extremely friendly and goes out of her way to make each experience at the pub a great one.

Activities: Lots to do here, from pool, to darts, and to live sports broadcasts.

Parking: Free for 6h if you register. Parking is extremely limited outside.

Would I recommend? Yes. This place is amazing for groups of friends wanting to unwind. Highly recommended. Amazing wings. Amazing food. Amazing ambience.

Went for hangover brunch. Ate the maple bacon omelette it was delicious. Happy hour is from opening till 6pm. There is free pool during times an a lot of other activities plus big screens to watch sports. Waitress was amazing and my buddy came down to join me for some pool afterwards. Great hidden gem.

The place was spacious and great lay out. For smokers there is an area outside. The staff were very cheerful and the menu had a lot of options.

Excellent little tucked away place with great hearty food, sports bar atmosphere, not too expensive, and great service. We met up with a friend here and the location was very accessible both by car and by SkyTrain.

The one thing was when the hockey game came on initially it was quite loud and we (ppl who don't care about hockey at all) couldn't carry on a conversation. I think someone else asked for it to be turned down after a few minutes and they did, so it was all good. Can't complain, had a great time!

A real hidden gem that you can't even imagine! Nobody can even guess such a nice pub and grill is located here. Family run business, lovely menu, very reasonable price and lot's of games available there. A warm environment for gathering with friends. Highly recommended.

I just visited this pub after a long time and I was incredibly impressed with what they have done with it since I’ve been here, and how they operate.

I had the steak and eggs and they were perfectly cooked - right down to the crisp level of the toast. The tater tots were also amazing, when usually in other restaurants they’re mediocre at best.

The place is super clean and simple. They have maintained the character of the original space from 20+ years ago, including keeping all the old style chairs and tables in perfect condition. Their level of attention to detail is admirable. 5 star restaurants can learn form them. Trust me when I tell you that even the list that holds their daily specials, or events that are being held - that list is fresh and in top shape.

At various other pubs , it is common for those lists to be stained or bent out of shape.

My server Dane was world class exceptional. I do not exaggerate here one bit. I watched him greet every single person that walked in and even remember the regulars’ drinks, and have them delivered to their table quick.

I watched him be super attentive, kind, always aware of each table and what they need, and polite with every one he served.

He carry’s himself in a lighthearted spirit free from distractions.

The beer was also fresh and the prices are amazing.

I’m just so impressed with them today.

They are now one going to become one of my regular places to visit.

Nice little pub. Awesome customer service, walked in with a party and they gifted us shots. Didn't have any food but the drinks kept flowing. Come here for an easy drinking experience

In an old not-quite-yet abandoned mall lies one of the greatest finds around. The village bar and grill. If you go in the wrong entrance, be prepared for an adventure through a 1980s abandoned mall Labrinth. Meat Bingo is awesome.

Went out with my friend and his wife for a beer and some food, they suggested this pub... and i must say that this place is great!
Lots of tvs around the pub in eyesight with sports and such playing, pool tables were available and free to use had we had time to play.
Food was great! Classic pub style tenders and fries for me and my friends had the beef dip that was on daily special that they both really enjoyed. Would suggest this place for all kinds of the classic-style food you get at pubs, as my tenders came with a great honey mustard sauce that just topped my meal off.

I will return to this location... if only there was better signage to show how to get into the place! Walked in circles for about 10 minutes, met with another customer who was also lost and finally found our way into the lower mall area where pub was located.

Tricky to find in that the mapping app did land me in the right parking lot, but there really isn't much signage showing the location. Anyhow, the pub is just down the closest staircase and through the door. Great little gem, lots of things to do here while you have a few beer.

Been here for countless trivia nights and hockey games, fantastic classic pub atmosphere, friendly staff, and good food!! It's the kind of place you want to make your regular watering hole!!

Last night I was there as part of the breast cancer fundraiser.
I would like to thank the village pub for hosting! Food was delicious and service was awesome! Shout out to our server, Andrea who was absolutely killing it. She was efficient and always around. Very friendly and remained calm throughout the busy night. Food and drinks arrived at a reasonable time as well. Thank you so much for a fun night. Hope to be back :)
