Dempsey Corner Orchards

That’s the best place to pick all the fruits and vegetables! My family and friends all like it very much! The sugar plum tastes sweet and juicy, from the pics it shows clearly.

Very friendly staff, great fields to pick from, so much variety, inside they have all sorts of goods, grand place to visit with family and friends! Will be visiting here again for sure!

Such a beautiful farm. They have bubble tea with a nice patio to sit at. Everyone who works here is super helpful and friendly. Would definitely come back and do some fruit picking!

I came here for sour cherries, as this is the only farm where I found them. The staff also responded to me on Facebook, saying that the cherries were ripening and I could come, so I did. It was a well-spent day. Besides cherries, there are many other vegetables and fruits. You can also grab a snack and have some coffee.

It's a nice and welcoming farm with so many things to offer. They have various fruits and vegetables throughout the warm seasons, a little animal farm, and a cafe/shop with very tasty food. The peach scones and the apple juice are so delicious and must try. All staff are very kind and friendly. This is a nice place to visit with family ( with kids).We are definitely going to visit this farm again and again.🥰🥰😍

Our first time here and it did not disappoint! Perfect for kids and families as the mini petting zoo and pumpkin patch are super close by and not at all crowded. The apple orchards are walking distance or you can take the tractor which is always a hit. The apples were perfect quality and we were able to use our own bags or purchase one there. You pay per weight ($1.25/lbs) at the end. There were a few picnic tables around to eat a lunch if you wanted to. The main barn/area had SO many pastries for purchase, it was hard to decide what to buy. Cookies, breads, cakes, etc, etc. I could have spent hours in there. They had a mini cafe near the back with sandwiches and coffee as well. It was a perfect day and we can't wait to go back!

Always fun to be here..we stopped to look around and purchase water for the drive. So many food items in season..loads of people there even had live entertainment. Petting zoo was cute. A must see stop in and grab a u-pick bag and have fun.😁

A wonderful experience. It’s worth to go every year and can spend time up to evening with kids. Absolute to make one day trip.

Awesome family spot. Pick your own everything! From green beans to plums to blueberries all in one trip! Fantastic in house bakery and a petting zoo too for the kids. Great people and great value!

One of the best fruit picking site to visit in Nova Scotia. Only about 1 hour away from Halifax. Their staff are friendly. Robert always help with the parking. We have been picking cherries 🍒 for years and the price is awesome. For 40 bucks you get about 3 full bags of cherries. Tip: go to the trees close to the road which produces the dark black/red cherries which are sweet. The bright red are a little sour depends on what you will use them for. Otherwise, always a great experience in this farm.

Great fun for little kids; worth the trip from the city to just play! Animals and toys and simple toddler equipment.

Great little farm market with an ice cream shop, baked goods, fruits vegetables and a children's playground / petting zoo. Hidden gem! The farm property is beautiful.

This was a great activity for our family! There was live music, we had a great lunch, petting zoo, play area, and we picked fresh peaches 🍑

Had a great few hours here walking the paths and seeing the animals. We picked and enjoyed lots of different fruit. Even found a banana tree♥ Would like to say there should be a sign for the electric fence holding the horses...but it's not to strong 😜 overall great family outing

Beautiful farm with lots of activities for kids, apple baseball one of them. Playground, petting zoo, store with local products. Apple picking is just one of many things you can do at this farm!

We always seem to pick the crop that is all the way up the hill and in the back. Lol
