Just dropped in to the store for the first time in a while.
The place looked great, neat as a pin and the staff were friendly. I also paid 10% less for the item I was looking for than I would have anywhere else.
Really nice experience.

Love the small town small hardware stores. I only needed a couple of items, but I feel they still had everything any other Rona would carry. Staff was outstanding and quick to ask if needed help. Just a wonderful, quick shop.

Fast helpfull friendly staff. Beats going to huge box store wasting time looking for someone to help then stand in line 20 min to pay. Not even mentioning the walk from your car is long . Love small stores

The staff are always so friendly and helpful. They always take the time to help me find everything I'm looking for and offer advice on how to best do whatever project or home repair I am working on. It makes me more confident to take on repairs I would need to pay someone else to do because I know if I run into problems they are there to help ! They also have done so many amazing things for the community ! Thank you for all that you do !

Best store and staff ever! Went in to get some wire for a science project and the staff inspired and encouraged my son. They took the time to look and his project and gave him lots of positive feedback. Beyond kind and helpful. Love this store.

Great store, and the employees know what they are talking about when you need help. Also, an actual person answers the phone when you call!

The owner does a lot for the local community and I am happy to support his store.

For a small local hardware store it's astounding how many items they carry. This store has saved me from many trips in to big bad orange and they do a lot for the community. Prices are surprisingly competitive with the big box stores and usually beats them. Small town service with great pricing. You can't beat that!

This is a great community hardware store. With customer oriented staff that are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are fair and selection is great. Rona Supports many Newcastle community events. Keep up the good work John!

I sent an email inquiring about a plumbing part. I received a reply 15 minutes later letting me know that they had it in stock. They provided instructions for curbside pickup
The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Best DIY help ever! All i have to do is tell them what i'm doing, and they get me everything i need, and give tips that i understand.
Thanks for the help tiling my laundry room floor. First time laying tile, and i am happy with the results.

Great selection of items. Went here to see what inventory they carry and it appears they have a little of everything you come to expect in a hardware store.

Great people to help you out with anything you need. The owner is very involved in the community and gives back to it. Just an all round solid small town hatdware store.

Always have what you need and has knowledgeable staff. Not to flashy but old school reliable. Parking lot is small but I've always found a space.

Extremely good service, and usually some weird items you wouldn't expect to find at a hardware store but you end up buying. Giant bags of kettlecorn for $1.
