I cannot express enough the quality and workmanship of TruView.
Over the course of a few years, we have replaced front doors, sliding patio doors, every window and finally eavestrough.
I have priced other local companies and no other company in my area can compete with TruView. Their workmanship is second to none. From the moment I called TruView to arrange an estimate on any of my purchases I dealt with Amanda, who is extremely professional, and extremely responsive. If you have a question, she will get an answer. When Dave showed up to take measurements for an estimate, he was punctual, professional and friendly. He would suggest recommendations but there was never any pressure at any point. For all of the above jobs, no other company could compete. When the crew showed up, they were very punctual and professional and very respectful of your property. The crew consisted of Dean, Mike and Ryan. You honestly will not find a nicer crew. They are such nice people and trustworthy. They don’t rush the job and it shows. They clean up at the end of every work day and always let you know that they were done for the day, which is really not required but appreciated. The warranty with TruView allows you to never worry about deciding to use them for your renovation needs. If you’re not happy about anything, no matter how small, they will make it right.

I read the 1 star reviews, and did not experience anything that was complained about. I highly recommend this company. They are local and they care about their customers and their work.

I can't say enough about TruView. From Dave coming and doing the measuring, quoting and other things. He always made himself available to answer all your questions. Dave and Amanda kept the shop opened after hours , so my husband could meet with them after he got off of work. Amanda was very prompt about getting back to you. Dean the project manager for our house was the "best" he takes on your house like it was "his" house. He was also very approachable and very much wanting to do whatever you asked. There whole crew ( 6 men) that came to our house were all very respectful, kind and thoughtful. They cleaned up the site daily and never left as mess behind them. We got 26 windows installed, 5 new doors, eve troughs, siding and soffits. It took them 3 weeks. We couldn't believe how fast the crew got things done. Our neighbours all had positive comments about the huge difference it made in our house. Again I can't say enough about TruView.

We have had a great experience with TruView. We used them a few months ago to replace 2 old and rotten windows, and again today for a new front door. Both times Amanda in the office was wonderful to deal with. Very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and quick to respond. They came quickly to measure and quote. While supply shortages suck right now, both our dates got moved up earlier. Wonderful and easy fast installation ! Best prices around too. We are very happy with everything. Would definitely recommend and use them again when needed !

We recently replaced a whole house worth of windows and doors with Truview Windows and Doors and had a wonderful experience. We found the company via referral from a friend but gathered a few other comparative quotes as well to do our due diligence. Truview had the best quoted price, they showed up on time, the quality of the products and install work was good, communication from the company was fantastic, installers were polite and very nice to deal with. The scope of the project was large and I was really pleased with how quickly they were able to get everything done. This company has attentive owners who really cared that the job was done well and we were happy with the work. I would not hesitate to hire them for future projects.

While shopping around for new windows for our old house , TrueView Windows was our last stop ( leave the best for last.....).
The folk at TrueView were very friendly, the show room was the best lay out that we had seen , but the klincher was the obvious experience and knowledge demonstrated by Dave who undertook the " Windows for Dummies" education for us.
A home visit to confirm measurements was arranged and ( get this.....), Dave showed up a couple of minutes EARLY !! You read that right , the guy showed up early.
Once again his customer service skills were demonstrated in a professional, courteous manner and the follow-up quote and spec sheets were presented within hours !
Like your grandparents always said " it pays to shop local".
