Awesome experience! The staff were so friendly and organized. My husband and I had a riot thanks to our guide Derek. He was very knowledgeable and so much fun. I think our boat definitely had the most laughs as Derek navigated the waves perfectly, making the most of our adventure. It was the highlight of our visit East from Ontario. Would recommend this company to anyone...if fact we already have! Thanks Derek!

I had so much fun at Fundy Tidal Bore Adventures! My husband and I have been Whitewater Rafting in a couple of different places and this was definitely the best! Our captain, Drew, was knowledgeable and safety-focused and still made sure we got all the best waves. The tide coming in is definitely something to see.

So much fun! We were out during extreme tide, hit a 13’ wave! Our guide, Jay, was amazing. We had so many laughs! They take safety seriously, no one went overboard. A trip our family will remember forever

That was so much fun, and was more intense than I was expecting! We booked a full boat, so we all knew each other which was good because lots of close contact! Our guide Kim was awesome and she taught us about how the river works with the tide. I would highly recommend Fundy Tidal Bore Adventures, the experience is great and they were very easy to work with from the start to finish.

Jay was our guide, and he was awesome with our group! He knew all the best spots to hit. It was my sons 11th birthday, and it won't be one he soon forgets! Thanks Tidal Bore Adventures!

Great experience! When you find yourself in the area, don't skip out on this!

Our tour guides were absolutely phenomenal. You know it's a wild ride when the boat ends up breaking on you!

Only suggestion I could give, limits on the showers. Some people took over 15-20 min when it's a shared shower for groups. 3 -5 min limit would definitely help with the flow!

What a fun experience, and a great value as well. Highly recommend the 2 hour outing with the swim after and the mudslide.

Morgan, our boat captain was great and put us through a tour at our comfort level. Since we were all adventurous he didn't hold back.

We learned a lot as well, seeing the speed of the tide come in was astounding. The power of nature up close and in action.

$30 for the video package is well worth it.

It was unexpectedly fun. We were hesitant with the “muddy water” but would 100% do it again and don’t let the colour of the water deter you. Your skin will feel wonderful after. The mud slide was so much fun, we would recommend wearing a white shirt to make your own mud shirt souvenir. The staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating even having some shoes to borrow when ours were not the right ones. Our driver Jay was quite a host and made us feel very safe in the heart of the bore. I will recommend this to everyone that comes to the area, the best way to enjoy one of Canada’s very unique phenomenas.

My wife, my neice, and I, took our 4 kids on a fun adventure of on tree, tidal bore rafting, along with a few other fun activities.
Here, our guide Tim, was Amazing. He gave us all a sense of confidence, mixed with the perfect blend of thrill seeking fun and feeling safe all at the same time. Tim knows how to find waves, and he can tell when it's time to give us a minute to catch our breath. The $30 on board video clips, are absolutely worth including in your trip. You'll want to share your crazy experiences with every person who didn't have the nerve to go with you. 😁 All 7 of us are still yammering about our trip. Go in the morning, and go when the moon is bright and full. 😉

This was such a fun experience! It was even more fun than I expected. This company is very well organized and I felt I had exceptional value for my dollar. Our guide Tim expertly negotiated the tidal bore waves and I absolutely loved the mud slide and being able to swim in the tidal bore itself. Great experience!!!! Thank you!!!!

We had a blast and this was honestly so much more fun than I was expecting. We originally registered for the 4 hour trip, but switched at the site to the 2 hr. when we found out we were the only ones registered. 2 hours was a great amount of time. We went in the middle of June and the rain gear they provided was enough to stave off the cold without the need for a wetsuit. The staff and guides were so kind and friendly. I can't speak to the quality of the other outfitters who run trips in the same location, but it looked like they were just there to ride the standing waves. I really appreciated that this outfitter took us out to see the tidal bore arrive and talked about some of the other natural features we were observing. The warm showers (assigned to each group), snacks and hot chocolate at the end were a nice and very welcome touch. 100% recommend and would put it on any Nova Scotia itinerary.

We had an excellent experience with our guide Derek at the helm. We expected the great standing waves and mud slide but Derek also let us body surf to feel the force of the current pulling us “upstream”. He connected with each person on the boat and was able to summon several bald eagles for our viewing as we returned back to base. An excellent guide, a great tour company. We’ve been on a lot of fun adventures but this one is unique.

Another great experience with Morgan Patty and the team. Thank you so much for a great day and we will see you next time. The kids (and the adults) had a blast.

Highly recommended experience. Have never done anything quite like this. The guides are fun and add to the experience. Fair warning the waves can get pretty intensive.

We had SUCH an amazing time with Funday Tidal Bore Adventures!! Did a 2 hour ride and it was such a rush! Loved the mud sliding (grateful we did it BEFORE our ride!), and the rafting was something else! Our guide Tessa was knowledgeable and made sure we were all ready before hitting the waves again. Would 100% recommend this experience!

My husband and I went on a tour a few days ago with Drew as the guide. Absolutely incredible. Fun, awesome experience. The mud slide was fun, the waves were fun. There was even shoes there to borrow if you didn't pack water shoes. Drew was knowledgeable and answered any questions and ensured we all had a great time. 10/10 would recommend. Day for the books for sure.

AMAZING! From the beginning to the end, was an adventure everyone should experience. It was so well organized, from dropping your keys in assigned bins when you register to assigned showers at the end. Our guide (Tess) told us all along the way what to expect and she was incredibly knowledgeable and fun.
I will definitely be back for another run and I recommend this adventure to everyone!

Drew was an amazing guide! Extremely fun experience and much wilder than I had anticipated.

This experience is definitely a must do if in the region by far, as it is entirely unique in the world and will truly make you appreciate mothernature and her power more.

Kid friendly as well, had two children from another group in my boat and they had the best time of their life! The mudslide is a definite interesting experience as well and can be opted out of once there if you don't wish to get covered in mud. You will get wet 100% however so be prepared

So glad we decided to go on this adventure! We booked a 2 hr tour on an extreme day a little over a week ago, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!! Derek was our guide and he did an excellent job at hitting all the waves!
And the mud sliding was such a great addition!

I went in 2013 and absolutely loved it. Took my sil and niece, as they have never been.
We had Jay as our Captain and he was lots of fun. He gave us a great ride. Lots of laughter, totally safe and fun for all. Highly recommend, a must do if you are in NS.
