Todd Roberts is top notch! Purchased new battery to take home for installation, car dead in parking lot, unavailable to boost. Young man informed me no openings, spoke to Todd directly and made it happen. True customer service and greatly appreciated.

If you need it, they've got it here. Customer service seems to be their focus because I have a great experience every time I'm in the store. The staff are excellent, smart and well trained.

I love this store when the flyer comes in the mail.my wife jokes and says " your wish book arrived" they have good products at good prices

Had a problem with my car today . Had codes coming on and called ctc service . Told to come in and they did the readings and the repairs. Excellent service 👏

Canadian Tire in Truro provided us with exceptional service, both in the store and the automotive service department. Bought four new tires and had them installed by appointment. I had purchased a generator online yesterday which I thought was in store and was waiting for a text to pickup. At 3 today I called the truro store to see the status of our order and was told it was coming from Toronto and would be 2 weeks. I was put through to the manager as I wanted to cancel my order which he did. I asked what generators they had in stock and then preceded to go the store to purchase a generator. I went to customer service to get the generator and the manager was there and he was wonderful to deal with. He was very helpful. Certainly made my shopping experience at the truro store a very pleasant experience.

I've been meaning to write this since before Christmas. Just before Chrismas, 2022, after a huge snowfall in Cape Breton (where I reside), I had a medical appointment in Truro. I unburied my car from the snow, but it took a lot of spinning and rocking to break through the snow that was under and infront of it. I am a heart attack survivor, so shoveling didn't appeal to my good sense.

I left my appointment in Truro and heard something dragging under the front of the car. I could see a panel of some sort had broken in two and was dragging on the ground. I headed to Canadian Tire. It was just past 4 pm. Two men were behind the counter. I asked if I could get some help. The employee who was on his computer trying to fix it and who didn't look up said they were too busy and to try down the street. Just then the Service Manager returned. I told him my problem and he could see I was in distress and really stuck because I had an almost three hour drive back home ahead of me. I told him his coworker suggested I go down the street for help but it was late in the day and I was afraid they would turn me away also. The Service Manager told me he'd fix it himself. He told me to wait and he took my keys, located my car in the parking lot, drove it to the service area and lickitty split, had the pieces tied up in no time! I asked how much, and he said it was fine. I told him it was no wonder he was the Manager of the Department because he knows Customer service!!

I would appreciate his name and your mailing address. I thought I would remember it, but with Christmas and other recent events, I've forgotten. I have a little Thank You card I would like to send to him.

The fact that this act of kindness happened over two months ago is a testament to the impact it had on me.

A very big and useful mall. Here you can find a lot of goods for auto/moto tech lovers. Furthermore, I saw a bunch of goods for home and garden, so I think everyone can find something interesting and useful for himself. Not far from the mall you can find mechanics. They can fix your car or motorcycle. But keep in mind, that first you need to get an appointment.

Bought a wood stove ten days ago...arm inside broke..misplaced my receipt..and Customer service was great and understanding..very nice

I was passing through Truro and had some trouble with my camper setup. Keegan at the parts counter was super helpful. He helped me figure out how to solve the problem and made sure I had what I needed to take care of it. I was pretty agitated about the problem because I was part way through a long trip. Keegan was patient, calm and solution focused. Super helpful!

Truro, Not a bad place. Many employees gathered in little clusters gossiping every time I've been there. If I need to ask a question I feel like I'm intruding on their conversations. They all seem stressed and frazzled. Not enough staff? Too much work? Expectations too high? Something is not right here.
