Wow....I don't know what else to say....fully stocked store, manned registers EVERYWHERE, and a full compliment of staff. They were all super knowledgeable and eager to help.id I could give 6 stars I would!!

I was so impressed with the helpful friendly staff at this new store! I was in town to install a new AC unit for my elderly mother when I realised we didn't have all the tools we needed and the unit didn't quite fit the window. It was Sunday and close to closing time. I just needed 2 very small pieces of wood which they helped me find in a scrap bin then kindly cut to size. Then I needed a drill to drill some holes and again another friendly staff walked me over to the discount part of the store and found me a discontinued drill/impact set that worked great! Keeping that for myself!!!
Was in and out in just a few minutes. Thanks to you now my Mom will be more comfortable in her little apartment!! A++

Love the new store! It's big and bright. The staff is great and there always seems to be a lot of them.

Excellent. It was my first time in this one but have had good experience in other Home Hardware stores, so I went with great confidence. It was not unwarranted.
I was on a designated mission, one outside my area of expertise, and I received excellent, thorough, and friendly help.

Kyle in the Bath and flooring section was absolutely great. He answered all of my questions and even had a few suggestions on things that I didn't even know how to do. His product knowledge was above and beyond.

Absolute lifesavers. We ordered a range from Costco and it was delivered completely smashed. Costco was quite unhelpful and wouldn't replace the stove for a MONTH. Called our local Truro Home Hardware and Dave organized everything. He got an evern nicer model of the stove we wanted for a good price and delivered it that same day, making sure it was carefully handled and arrived safely. Will support HH from now on and avoid Costco for hardware & appliances! Thanks so much Dave and everyone, see you again soon!

There's no where else to shop for building supply and home improvement products and appliances , very helpful, friendly staff , top shelf customer service and a very modern drivethrough lumber yard under a roof ! 🛻

The employees don't seem very knowledgeable about anything however their customer service is good!

It was a good place to shop for Black Friday so many selections on sale.

Brand new location very organized. Very helpful staff and isles clearly marked , I just got wood for my deck outstanding selections for materials.
