Lovely staff, great store!

Enjoying the sales, some good deals, and stock availability. Great staff, very friendly and welcoming. Got my son his work clothes there. Good selection 👌

So I went to get a pair of boots shown on their website, fairly inexpensive for boots, but I just needed something that covered my ankles for a motorcycle course. I was helped by Debbie, she told me where to find them, and circled back to assist me when I found them. Turned out I had grabbed the wrong ones, she told me to sit down and she'd find the right ones. She went, found there were none in my size, asked me why I wanted that type, I said, they cover the ankles and they zip up. She pointed out a similar boot but warned me that it was twice the price. I didn't care as the first pair was on super clearance. They had to get a huge ladder to find my size. They got it down, it fit great, I was happy. She looked at my ragged sneakers and said, it's buy one get 50% off today on second pair and that included sneakers. She helped me find a nice pair of sneakers too. The woman at the cash rang me up and made sure I got my Canadian Tire card used because it was 4X points on this purchase which saved me another $16. I am sorry I didn't get her name too to point out how awesome she was. Best customer service experience I have had in a retail store in ages.

I always find too much clothes I love here and always spend more than I tell myself I will. Be Great place to find Carhartt clothing plus Windriver (Mark's clothing). Lots of selection of boots and sneakers along with gloves and hats for all seasons. They have a great selection of men's and women's clothing as well. The staff is always friendly.

Love marks in Truro they carry 3xl clothing. In Ontario they do not. Hubby needs 3xl tend to go to marks every time we go out East

When a sale goes on, get in and buy that item. Good work wear as well as dress clothes.

Pricy but it's like the old adage you get what you pay for. Not a knock off like wally world when you come here.

Clean and well organized! Went it to check out boots and found a pair for 40% off and got a new belt. Unfortunately their jeans were already picked over but that's common for this time of year.

Very friendly staff and were willing to help me with what I wanted very clean place and alot of footwear & boots to choose from.I have to where insoles in my shoes and boots,when getting footwear it's best to do your own research and educate yourself on what you are buying because it's like,( Can I get a 10 & a half in this) Sorry we only have full size's in this boot.Still staff were willing to help as much as they could overall they work ed with me in getting what I felt was best.If you are going to spend acouple of Hundred$ in boots Do yourself some research in your purchase, because not everyone can buy boots that cost $260 to 300+.This is my 8 th winter needed new boots 7 winters ago I bought Win-River Boots.

Mark's carries a wide selection for both women and men at great prices for the quality that each and every item they carry. Mark's also has their popular brands ( Denver Hayes, Wind River and Dakota). You definitely get your money's worth value.

Always enjoy shopping at marks, it is starting to feel a bit crowded when shopping there, even with capacity restrictions, might need to move to a bigger building in my opinion, I know it's never that simple, but there's always customers and it's getting hard to stay 6ft away from others.

I can pretty much find whatever I'm looking for here. My one complaint is that they used to carry wonderful cozy sweaters in the cold months. Their quality, in that regard, has gone downhill.

Love the staff service. Polite, eager to help. Isle's are kept clear and store is clean. Kim is awesome too.

The staff are always so helpful, of they do not have stock they offer suggestions too where you can find it. They are also very knowledgable.

I found winter shoes here, thermos and sunglasses for me. Pretty good shop (casual style) 👌
