As a Vietnamese, I highly recommend trying pho in this place. It tastes similarly to the ones in Vietnam. They also just introduced karaoke which happens every Saturday 8:30-10:30pm

Very friendly, the Brown Sugar Latte is absolutely fantastic. Very cool eclectic atmosphere. We're planning to go back for a meal the next time we're passing through!

Best Pho and Vn restaurant in town. My kid love their Pho and enjoys every-time we are here. The decoration are very impressed with the cozy sofa with fire place. Great speaker too. We enjoy so much

The restaurant has the cleanest and beautifully decorated washroom in all the Asian restaurants I ever been too, the atmosphere is awesome, tastefully decorated with gentle music.
Only thing is would be nicer to have more selection of food and provide bean sprouts for pho.

I absolutely love going to Lovus! The owners are hardworking and dedicated. They get to know their customers and are very welcoming. They recently expanded their menu and it was fantastic. My family ordered 3 vermicelli bowls and a mocha frappe. The frappe was creamy and not overly sweet. The vermicelli bowl was fresh and the pork was cooked to perfection. I cannot wait to go back and continue supporting this local business!

The shop itself is cozy and relaxed, so you don't feel like you have to eat you food and get out asap. You go up to the counter the owner will give you a menu and you can choose where to sit

I'm not a big fan of spicy food, and fair warning the food is a bit spicy. That being said it was amazing! I got the taro frappuccino a sweet and creamy drink; with the Philo broth. While the broth has a small spice kick its nothing to crazy, and it paired well with my drink. The portions are also amazing for the price your paying

Go check this place out, it's a hidden gem for sure

A cozy atmosphere offering delicious Vietnamese classics, an elevated appetizer and drinks menu including bubble teas and specialty coffees. Highly recommended.

Easily the best vermicelli bowl I've had from the West to East coast. True vietnamese food in Truro!

Relaxing, if eclectic environment. Relaxing music/ atmosphere.

A MUST VISIT. the pho was sooo delicious. i grew up eating pho and this was very authentic and the broth was perfect. the owners were so friendly and offered us fresh thai chili (which made it even better!) will definitely be coming back next time i'm in truro. also the spring rolls taste just like the ones my parents make - so good.

From someone who grew up eating pho and have tried pho all along the way, this is by far the best pho in the region. Better than the shops in Halifax and Dartmouth. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. True Vietnam in the 90s feel to the restaurant.

With the pho, I had the spring rolls which were authentic in taste but the highlight was the egg coffee. Very much an authentic taste and smell.

Highly recommend this place for any passing travellers or local who want to enjoy a taste of true Vietnamese cuisine.

My favourite is the grilled pork chop that I order regularly. It’s tender and savoury. I have been trying to imitate it, but still not successful. I guess I will have to keep ordering from this place.

This is a lovely café for a quick bite to eat and grab a few beverages (great bubble teas and lattes!) while reading or working on a laptop. I enjoy the pho broth and how hearty is like if you were having a meal at home.

I like how quiet it is during the day! The owners are very friendly and attentive.

Most likely some of the best Pho in Atlantic Canada. Also has amazing coffee. Great atmosphere to top it all off. Will most certainly be back. Don’t miss out on this spot.

The Phõ at LOVUS was the best meal I’ve eaten in Truro, the cold coffee was refreshing and the service was incredible. Music was relaxing and did not bother me at all. I fully encourage you to go eat there.
A go-to place, I will go back before the end of my stay.

Incredibly good Pho! And nice smiles from the owners and staff. And they have the wildest sound system I’ve ever seen in a restaurant . . . true audophile level

Great atmosphere with pleasant background music. The vermicelli bowl was fresh and absolutely delicious. My husband had the pho and raved about it. The spring rolls were the best we’ve ever had! The owners and the waitress were lovely, efficient and personable. I’d highly recommend Lovus!
