Yoga in Fergus

I’m new to Yoga in Fergus and relatively new to yoga in general so I’ve been trying lots of classes and in turn have had several instructors. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed all. It is a welcoming place and practices are taught with adaptations for various levels. Additionally, instructors keep an eye out in case you are doing something that is potentially hurtful and correct/assist in a gentle way, which is appreciated!

I am grateful every time I finish a class at Yoga in Fergus! The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating and personable! The studio offers a wide variety of classes and times. I have never been disappointed! Thank you Yoga in Fergus!

Love Fergus Yoga! I’ve been attending classes here for almost a year and although I mostly practice yoga with Grace, every yoga instructor has been wonderful. A welcoming space that is bright and airy. See you there!

Yoga in Fergus has become a part of my weekly schedule! I was a beginner to yoga when I first came, and with all the different classes that are offered I was able to find my own strengths and interests within the practise! Every instructor is extremely kind and welcoming!

My husband and I really enjoyed the stretch and strengthen class. Yoga in Fergus provided a calm, relaxing environment, free of judgement which was important to me as a beginner to yoga. We will definitely be coming back!

I love the sacred and welcoming space of Yoga in Fergus. The teachers are incredible in the way that they teach, with thier own unique styles and approach. The class times and variety of classes are suitable for everyone's schedule or experience level.

I used to feel like the tin man before I started yoga, even though I was running and doing other activities. It’s life changing.

I love going to the classes at Yoga in Fergus. Grace is a wonderful instructor, and the class participants are very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone, from beginner to advanced.

I very rarely give 5 stars. However so deserved the knowledge and kindness is amazing. I love that are classes for everyone and targeting diffrent muscles and skill level. .The classes I have attended so far have left me with only positive energy when I leave.

Yoga in Fergus is a gem! Lovely little studio with a wide variety of classes. There is something for everyone! The fall has some extra events and workshops that I am interested in. If you haven't had a chance to experience a Sound Bath .. do not miss this opportunity.

Only have been at 2 classes, but loved both of them. I left relaxed and feeling lighter. I will definitely continue to checking out the other classes they offer.

Beautiful studio, variety of classes and class times everyday. Knowledgeable instructors that guide you when needed peacefully. It's addicting to go here!

I love the intimate class size and variety of classes. It's a welcoming environment for all skill levels.

Peaceful and comfortable spot. Instructor was mindful of individual differences and suggested many alternatives to the poses.

A beautiful, calm, clean studio with a variety of wonderful teachers. Classes have lots of variety and the cost is very reasonable
