Spark Yoga

Spent time with Angela on two separate yoga retreats. Angela is an excellent instructor and host. The retreats that she and Laura from Moonlight Yoga in Guelph built together are community building, safe environments, allowing space for everyone to be in their own bodies, receiving what they need at that time. All the details of the retreat were so well planned and their thoughtful approach brought everyone together with ease. It is such a pleasure to practice with Angela and Laura. Nov, 2023

Fantastic studio! Excellent variety of classes and teachers who are all engaging and knowledgeable! The studio is always clean, organized and at the right temperature for class.

Every single moment I have the privilege to practice with Spark Yoga is the most incredible yoga experience. Ang and her team are authentic, genuine, passionate, compassionate. and radiate love. She is purposeful, has brilliant options to maximize the class for every level and brings calm and grounding to every class. There is an intimacy to the class that adds to the serenity. She is intentional and takes you on different journeys every single time.

Angela led a private class for our Bachelorette group, and it was fantastic! She made sure to prepare a class suitable for the range of skill levels in our group, and has such a nice space where everyone felt comfortable. She even customized the savasana to the theme of our weekend - friendship! I would 10/10 recommend Spark Yoga!

Spark Yoga and the teachers involved are nothing short of spectacular. The classes are intelligently sequenced, the cues that Ang provides during the class are intentional, with lots of modifications available- any level of yogi will leave feeling challenged and content. I recently had the pleasure of joining Ang in Cayman Islands for a Yoga Retreat and I couldn’t think of a single thing that could have made it better. From the location, to the yoga classes, to the food and the company - everything was amazing.

Ang and Spark Yoga are truly amazing and transformative. From classes to local and international retreats, Ang is dedicated to her yoga community and delivers world class guided experiences that are inclusive and foster connectedness and growth through practice. Highly recommend Spark Yoga whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi. You will not be disappointed.

This was my first visit, as I don’t live in Elora. When I booked I actually had no idea that Angela’s studio was in a home studio, or that it was hot yoga (not bc that info wasn’t available but I was rushing my booking as the location and time was all I was concerned with). Anyways it was perfect! Exactly what I needed in the moment, and felt like a great therapy session both mentally and physically. I did the fit flow and was not too easy or too hard. I’ve never experienced the infrared heat before and the sweat really sneaks up on you. Angela was great (thanks again!), studio was small and lovely. Would definitely recommend!

spark yoga brings a sense of community and comfort to each element of a yoga class. if you are looking for a great quality class with wonderful instructors this studio is for you.
