Gateway Motel

Third time here in three years. Big, clean rooms, hot showers, and a tasty breakfast. The owners and staff are always so nice and welcoming.

Rooms, sheets and bathroom were clean and beds were very comfortable. Of course this isnt a 5 star hotel so dont expect fancy, but it is great value for the price and I would recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a good spot to stay the night! Staff was friendly and they even provided basic breakfast (coffee/toast). Gave it 5 stars!

Really nice host, very friendly, allowed us to check in after 10 pm! Nice and comfortable beds and a spacious room. Everything we needed was provided (AC, towels, breakfast), and we could park our car right outside the room. Overall a nice experience.

Large clean rooms, newly refurbished bathrooms. Very friendly owners and a great location. The owners are lovely people who went the extra mile for us. Free breakfast was a bonus. I would stay here again.

We stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful experience.
It is located in a great place access to supermarket metro, lots of dinning and fast food.
5 mins drive from the port to take cruises.
The rooms were clean, towels, bedsheet and pillow covers were fresh.
The service was amazing, they were very accommodating.
All together I will give a 5 star for my great experience with a pocket friendly cost and won't mind to be a returning customer for my next holiday.

It was an amazing experience the owner was so nice the coffee was really tasty the room was very clean the beds comfy and it was amazing to watch at night the stars from the chairs near the rooms warmly recommend this motel

The lodging experience in Gateway Motel is great since the receptionists and staffs are friendly, sincere and professional.
The room is kind of old with uneven wooden floor but sleeping tight will be no problem.
Even though there are no water kettle and hair dryer in each room, it is still a great stay here.
Motel residents can borrow the hair dryer and ask the assistance from the receptionist to get boiled water, which is very convenient.

The guy running the motel was super nice, we could use their microwave and check in pretty late. Overall a good experience

Great place to stay if you are on a budget. The host is very polite and gave us a 5 star treatment which makes up totally for the star rating of the place. I would totally recommend this

Nicest reception, good place to stay. Nice location, peace and quiet. This place will be my go to spot when I go back to Gananoque.

Not happy with keep the hot water get for a bit and then gose to cold. The staff is good but need to fix the hot water issue but every thing elses good
