Tim Hortons

As usual Tim Hortons never disappoints. Locwtion was great with ample parking. Bathrooms were clean. There are Tesla Superchargers very close to this location.

This location has very friendly staff. The bathrooms are always clean. Dining room is clean. It’s a small town , with many tourists in the summer , they do their best to serve customers in a timely manner. Overall , a great Tim Hortons compared to some of the ones I’ve seen across Ontario . Many are not very clean…

Very friendly staff . Although it was very busy on a week day, the staff were very responsive and quick. They are all young ladies and gentlemen. The environment was very nice & clean. We ordered steak bowl , chcken wrap, potato wedge. All were fresh & delicious.

Very nice place to stop and relax on the long drive between Montreal and Toronto!

short server with purple hair gave me a very nice experience despite being obviously stressed. apologized for long wait time and brought me my order as fast as possible. bit busy but other than that, 5 star.

I went to this location last July. The cashier was professional and she even speaked to me in French since I am from Quebec and it seems they are happy to serve the food to clients. The service is great, the food quality is on point for a fast food and they are busy but they do a great job. I hope their owner realize that the crew who works the morning shift needs a pay increase in my opinion. Good job

Liked it, so giving it the old five-star. Stopped here on the way back from camping and three of us got iced capps. Each of us thoroughly enjoyed them. The Timmy's in the states just don't do them justice, but the Canadian joints always seem to deliver - this one is no exception. Bathroom was very clean!

Great Location! Busy at Lunch Hour but usually best to order on the app for pick up before you actually go. I usually can just walk in and grab my order with no wait or hassle at all.

The only Tim's at Gananoque, the service is excellent wish the ones in Scarborough can match up to it. The staff are super friendly they always have a chat built in to the ordering process. The place is clean and it really feels like having coffee.

The staff are so friendly. One night I got a medium hot chocolate but I didn't have any change like I thought I did. I felt so bad and she said catch me tomorrow cause I go there almost every night. I did go back the next night and bought 1 hot chocolate but paid for 2. There aren't too many people that would allow that. That's the only Timmies I'll go to 👍

I used the drive thru it was busy but quick. Was greated with a friendly and energetic employee who took my order in a professional manor to which I received in full. Thanks for the great service

Were running short of staff, but still managed to serve customers quickly and efficiently. One customer was extremely rude and condescending and the staff were still gracious and professional.
These workers deserve a raise.

Great coffee served hot. Food, including the "sweet treats" are excellent. Hats off the the corporation for donating all proceeds from sale of Smile Face CC cookies to school lunch program. Not just the profits!

Wonderful place to stay. Quiet secure building, extremely clean, comfortable bed, and furniture. Claw foot tub was a plus, kitchenette was a welcome addition covering all bases for that at home feel. Very friendly owners.
