Belsyde Ave Apartments - Skyline Living

Been here for 3 years now and have never had issues. Maintenance is very responsive and the people here are friendly!

Been here over 5 years,great building with great neighbours and friendly helpful staff. At 255 we just had some lovely upgrades to the decor giving it a nice condo feel.

very good apt at belsyde , i work for another property management company and i am good at detail and cleanliness and grading a building and i gave skyline a pass for these features and not to mention the friendly neighbors .Obviously older buildings but maintained very well , hope skyline can maintain this great living experience and provide a proper bike rack , the snow plow recked my sons bike and this was not good but provide a better place for bike racking .

Ok, not worth the high rent.

theres nothing overly special 2k price tag on an apartment that cant keep its water hot. and buzzers never working. plus the paid laundry machines behind locked door is laughable.

Despicable people that shouldn't be in the rental business at all and no I'm not reaching out to you either you slumlord.

My entire apartment smelled like smoke from my neighbour who obviously smoked inside her apartment. Didn’t matter if I brought up that they advertised as a non-smoking building, nobody would address the issue.

Barking dogs were inside a unit and I never saw them being let out, most weeks they would bark loudly throughout the night for hours.

Wifi sucked. Purchased what was recommended for the building, as expensive as it was and it hardly worked.

Landlords will enter your unit a few times a month for various inspections.

Sometimes the water just wasn’t warm. No reason.

You can’t control the heat in the winter and you’re not allowed an AC unit in the summer.

They put in an electric vehicle charging station but my partner and I have been waiting for a stove for 3 months (the one in our unit has obviously been broken since before we moved in, it beeps incessantly). Property managers are dismissive of concerns and just tell you 'they're working on it' over and over again with 0 results. We have had to buy a toaster oven and countertop burner in order to cook because they do not provide working appliances.

We completed an inspection on move-in day but 0 of the items have been addressed from it 3 months later - again 'we're working on it'. One of the items was simple paint touch-ups that should have been completed day 1.

Absolutely ridiculous property management. All they want is rent, they don't care about actually providing a decent place to live.

The crack heads are wild. Cops here every night. Was new to Fergus and didn't think anything like this existed here. Don't be fooled. Stay far away from these buildings

Terrible. No one answers any calls. I have to call them 10 times just to get my mailbox key. All they want is your rent. It's 8°C outside and vents are blowing cold air!

Smells like cigarettes smoke every where, getting disgusting, poor management, needs better training.buildings smell like the 70s
