Top notch service. My vehicle had unexpected work that had to be done but I had to have the vehicle that night. They stayed on after closing to get it done. Exceptional! Thank you especially to Ron, Evelyn and the mechanic who stayed.

True Auto Fergus was great to work with. Jenna & Evelyn where quick and attentive to my issues and concerns. Keeping me up to speed on the status of my vehicle. Very happy and would recommend.

Was driving and got a chip from a rock hitting the windshield. They got me in and out within 15 minutes of walking in. Was super friendly and helpful, taking me on the spot and ensuring that my chip wouldn't spread worse. They spoke me through the options I had also instead of insisting on one type of repair. It's barely even noticeable and the majority of the damage has faded from their work. (note these photos are "up close" shots, from further back you hardly see anything! 98% better then it was!)

This was a pleasure to visit True Auto today for my tire change.

Very good to talk to the technician and find out that they are properly trained, and know about the finer tricks of how tires need to be mounted on Volkswagen and other German vehicles to get a smooth running drive.

The reception was friendly, the place is clean, price was reasonable, and the car drives smooth as it should be.

I highly recommend this tire shop. Auto repair place.

They even reset my car service computer, thank you very much.

My brakes went and Ron was able to fix them the day I took my truck in. He also let me know of some issues that may need attention in the near future.

We recently took our other vehicle in for some exhaust work. Once again they fit us in right away and had the vehicle repaired the same day. I would definitely use True Auto care again ! Thanks so much

She got me in the next day and actually finished the next day
It was a lot of work and wouldn’t have been surprised if she said she needed it for a couple more days
Somehow, they got it done, which was really important to me because I needed to travel to the states For a very important meeting

I received same day service and the bill was not outrageous… actually reasonable. Provided recommendations but didn’t push any at all.

Very pleasant staff. I liked that they sent a text with pictures and diagnostics and then followed up by phone. They were able to work around my schedule to do the repair and pricing was reasonable.

True Auto yet again provided a first class service. I had a dead battery. They took it in with no appointment and had me up and running again within a few hours. Excellent, friendly customer service. The only shop in Fergus I have used for close on 20 years and will continue to do so.
