Excellent customer service by Komal. Also tea and muffin were very fresh and tasty.

The Tim Hortons location in Georgetown hospital is the absolute best. I go to a lot of different tim hortons locations in many different cities because I'm on the road for work all the time but the Georgetown hospital one is by far the best and it's not even a "full" Tim Hortons but their coffee is literally perfect everytime. If every tim hortons location could have perfect coffee like the Georgetown hospital location, I wouldn't need to pick a favourite - but until then, Georgetown hospital will be my favourite. Also, the people working at this location are always super friendly. Keep up the great service. I had mentioned the above to the two kind ladies working there this afternoon too. It's important that employees know when they do a great job.

I have never seen such a service that muskan had gave and it was so nice coffee and roll I am really impressed.
Whenever I have to drink coffee I go to this hospital location to drink so wonderful experience.

Just had a nice chat with the Indian looking guy who took my order. Very nice and friendly man who made the hospital environment a little less depressing with his uplifting conversation style and good vibes.

The Tim's in Georgetown Hospital is only small with a restricted menu but the gentleman serving was very polite and friendly. Good service.

Great to have Tim Hortons inside Georgetown Hospital. I walk there to pick up coffee and breakfast. Excellent service and the staff is very friendly!! Good job.

Best customer service ever

the staff is super friendly you can only get hot or cold drinks at tim hortons but the restaurant beside has a whole lot of varieties of food from sandwiches to wraps to shawarmas

I was sad to find that this Tim Hortons had recently changed owners. The previous owner always had a smile which was accompanied with a friendly hello. I will miss our chats Scarborough! ☕
