Amazing service! All staff very friendly, helpful, and kind - the best in Fergus! Great product selection and they cater to various dietary needs. If you leave a 1 Star review, maybe you are just a selfish, mean spirited person (Heather).

I am so happy to finally have a Bulk Barn in Fergus! I've only been here once so far, but they were friendly, willing to answer questions, willing to help, and everything was spotless (of course, recently opened, but even then I saw multiple staff working to keep the store clean and changing the scoops/thongs regularly). Very lovely store and very lovely staff. Glad you all are here!

Nice local store. It’s one of the smaller versions and still manages to have almost everything you need. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable: will check on supplies in their storage area if a bin is empty. Able to use your own containers and avoid single use plastics.

There’s a pretty good selection of candy, none of my favourites, but good candy nonetheless. Staff is always willing to help and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the candy you want. I would recommend to anyone in Fergus looking for a good candy shop. Check out is probably the fastest I’ve ever had in a bulk barn, very fast and efficient. Cheers to the staff!

Watch for the flyer sales and discounts - great deals to be found

Extremely clean and well organized.

Zero customer service. Empty bins. Product spilled on floors. Shelves not faced. All 3 employees were huddled behind the cash, on their personal phones. Not ONE looked up to acknowledge my presence, no greeting, no asking to help etc… super pathetic way to run a store.

Bad customer service. Grumpy cashiers and bad selection of goods. Spend the extra 10 mins and go to the Guelph location

asked for a product muffin mix without looking up the answer just no I have been in retail over 50 years and this staff person needs training on customer interaction service etc felt sorry for the owner of store

the service was unenjoyable and highly awkward. they changed my friend for food she did not purchase. do not recommend, employees are not friendly.
