Excellent toy and puzzle selection! I drove from Hamilton and it was definitely worth the drive. I was happily surprised to learn they have a puzzle club and I received a sixth puzzle free. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. Great selection of Christmas activity books and puzzles.

Amazing game shop. Wonderful product selection, friendly passionate staff, and very reasonable prices on items (that often compete with the big box stores). I bought a discontinued lego set there all the way from Vancouver. It was cheaper than the regular price, I chose regular delivery price and still got it super fast (we're talking 3 days super fast)! So my kid's birthday's tomorrow and, against all odds, she's going to have her present right on time. Yay! The box is clean, well protected, but no unnecessary stuffing either. Thank you so much for your hard work, I'll buy from you again for sure!!

Brighten up in Fergus is a great place! The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They have a great selection of board and card games, and many great toys for kids of all ages! Highly recommend! Support local!

Awesome toy store - something for everyone and and all ages. And you can help build a 40000 piece puzzle What???? Very clean and prices are reasonable. Worth the trip.

When we lived in the area this was our favourite toy store - we miss it dearly for the amount of schleich animals they carry! They have lots of open ended play based educational toy with a huge selection. Everyone working there is so friendly and kind, Chris happily offered to help me find some old receipts that I misplaced without hesitation. Best toy store, I wish there was one near me now.

Thanks to Brighten Up in fergus- I found the very specific Lego set for Christmas. It was sold out everywhere THANK YOU brighten up for making it so easy to come in and pick up!

It's such a hidden gem to purchase a variety of car models and puzzles !
It is a bit pricey for kids toys , but for the car model world their prices' are fair!

Make your children's birthday wish list, or buy birthday gifts here. I still love to shop here and I haven't been a child for over 20 years! they have a great science section, they have all your standard toys like Thomas, Playmobile and calico critters, and think fun but really my house is full of the amazing products sold here. and there is less traffic.

Enjoy the new(er) owners as they kept some of the previous staff from when it used to be Jester's. Same selection and quality of toys, and my go to for kid's birthdays over the chain stores in bigger centers. Very helpful and friendly.

Bought a toy here and the box was missing a piece. The staff were super friendly, apologized for the problem (even though it wasn’t their fault at all) and they exchanged the toy. Excellent Service.
