Excellent store management. There were diversified option for all the products that you want and everyone was proactively helping me out in choosing what’s best for my requirements.

I am terrible about writting in about shopping experiences, but cutting to the quick...this Store has managed to bring a Team together that are all working towards the same standards and that is - exceptional customer service . That of course means an authentic acknowledgement when you walk in, personalized service right to the product you want / need , stock, colors etc.
Best way to describe it is.. it was like going back 30 years to a owner operated local store where everyone had an ownership of the store and they were all happy to be their serving you. If you don't get your paint here you are missing out on a most wonderful experience!

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Justin Lee's review was negative because he expected the staff to use the shaker on an opened can of paint (opened a year and a half ago), that had dried paint all over the rim. When the manager tried to explain why he couldn't put that particular can in the shaker (it would open and get paint everywhere), he lost his temper and treated the manager with the most disrespect I have ever seen. He never even let the manager explain why, just kept talking over him. Our service that day was phenomenal! Happy to give this location my business!

Hands down best service, the staff must love their job because it feels like it. One of my favorite suppliers. No matter the location the staff are top notch and products are great.

The Superpaint is great quality; has good coverage. I’ve painted two houses with it. The staff at the Richmond location were very knowledgeable on the phone and super nice and helpful when I went in to purchase.
