My sister frequents this store and I joined her today. We were greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable manager who was more than happy to assist us. Lots of great sale items and plenty of inventory. I will most definitely shop here again!!

What a fabulous time I had here at the Ironwood store in Richmond today. Patek, the super pleasant and helpful assistant greeted every single person, explained the sales and led me around the store looking for tops to go with the completely stunning faux leather pants I found. They'd just come in the previous day so all sizes were still available. I could hardly pick between all the pretty sweaters and tops and everything 30% off! The sale lasts all Labor Day weekend so go go go! 🎉

I don't know why this store doesn't have 5 stars yet, their service is amazing! The clothes are good quality for reasonable price too. Very underrated!

Some of the bad reviews here seems to be just Karens who can't get their way. Just go read the Return Policy first before whining, it's there for a reason lol.

If I have one suggestion, I was just hoping they get more stocks for XXS and 0. Richmond's population is mostly Asian women with petite & skinny body type & it's usually sold out all the time. You rock ladies!

I went in to pick up my too and came out with a dress for my nieces wedding. The salesperson, Coco, was so sweet and without her help, I never would have found the dress. She is sweet, kind, and so helpful!
