Great people here. Small town friendly and very knowledgeable. This is a small store so don't expect a huge selection. But the basics are there. Advice is extensive and professional. I felt like I was talking to a professional plumber. They walked me through my entire project. Paint department is excellent too. Nice to see this level of customer support still exists.

This location is small, don't go here to stock up on 2x4s or deck materials it is not a building center, but the paint counter is second to none. Most sale items are stocked here. Excellent paint desk offering color matches.

This is the best hardware store you will find anywhere. I’ve been a patron since they opened and their staff throughout have been and continue to be excellent. Their selection is especially impressive when you consider their small size and their choice of quality products are also evident. I only wish they had building supplies so I didn’t have to go to Fergus or Elmira. Well done folks

I made an order for a stiletto hammer in store. They said it would take around a week. They called when it was ready. Great service!

Recently I gave up on the rude service at the Fergus location. I tried the Elora HH and to my pleasant surprise, they were friendly, knowledgable and bent over backwards to help me. They had everything I needed and offered excellent suggestions. These people are the best..great service starts from the top down and it's easy to see at this location. Kudos to the owner, management and staff.

Elora Home Hardware has a topnotch team. I called them twice in 2 days with questions and not only were they well informed but they actually called me back once to tell what was available from the sale items I wanted to purchase. What a gorgeous little store. Not only did we find everything we were looking for, there were amazing treasures/ artisana type of items. Perfect for a touristy town.❤

It is Well merchandised clean and friendly
If there's something they don't carry they will order it for you and it comes in very quickly
They they will even try to obtain items they don't regularly carry
They receive orders Tuesdays and Thursdays and call as soon as your items arrive
